I'm very happy with there service they give me, this is not the first package I have had them ship out to me in Australia.

tracking information was great, Packages have turned up in Good condition most of the time.

Shipitto is a fantastic company. My packages always arrive in excellent condition. Double postage makes it expensive, but it's the only way to purchase US products that can't otherwise be sent internationally.

Their services have become very expensive lately. There are some unnecessary restrictions when shipping dietary supplements. Avoid at all costs sending electronics with Li-Ion batteries as they will ask for ridiculous paperwork.

Packages arrived on time in condition as expected. The service is good. Sometimes postage can be a bit pricey, but that is not Shipito's fault. Photo service is good. Thanks

I asked Shipitto to stop sending me unsolicited junk mail as I could not find any way to turn it off in settings.

In response they deleted my account, no explanation....

I have been using shipito to ship my car parts i buy mainly for my 3 x 30yr old mercs and they recently rufused to ship with my prefered carrier Aust Post and i had to ship with USPS which ended costing AUD$200 to ship a basic size parcel with a few parts in it and not weighing much at all. I could not budge them to ship with Aust post. Previous to this i have shipped hundreds of parcels over the years with car small parts and even as recently as in July two parcels were sent with used parts. I am not happy at all considering is was a long time client over some 7yrs before. Their consolidation fees are expensive as well and now i will be trying out MyUSA.com to see how they compare

Great service. Once you understand the shipping rules to your country you can save a lot with shipito. They responded to my questions promptly & were very helpful when I asked for assistance.

The Services offered were professionally undertaken with friendly advice given every step of the way.. the parcels were combined and boxed professionally and The Tracking supplied for my parcel was clear and concise. Highly recommend .

They open your packages without consent and re-package very flimsily, ie just one piece of tape - they don't care if it gets lost in transit. Ask for a photo prior to sending and you don't receive one...Rates are higher than standard despite an extra $2 charge per package. I am sender and receiver. Tracked packages are more reliable than untracked.

As with my first review, Shipito are reliable and hasty in responsiveness to package receival and sending.

3 pictures are taken on receipt to the warehouse, and email notifications are sent to indicate when the package is ready to be paid for and shipped to you.

The downside to the great service is cost.

I've thought about trying different shipping providers, but shipito have been consistent with their service and its hard to find reliable and responsive courier and parcel companies - so Shipito are my choice for getting my parcels from USA to Australia.

I used to hate missing out on so many things from overseas just because they do not ship to Australia. Now I don't have to miss out as Shipito offers a mail forwarding service whereby I can purchase whatever I want, provide my Shipito address and then Shipito sends it to me.

Taking pictures is a welcome advantage over competitors. Prices are a little below average. Always well packed and tracked. Overall very professional. Very happy with service. Look forward to a long relationship.
