My husband had no service on our farm
I contacted Skymesh for assistance, staff were amazing, had us up and running in no time
I urge people reading this review to contact skymesh for all communication needs
We have had no interruptions with the service
Life is good on the farm now

Sim arrived promptly and activation was easy. BYO and so far no issues. Great when out and about on family trips. The no lock-in contract is perfect for us. Could do with bigger plans. Not had to contact support yet. Does what it says. Would recommend.

Does anyone actually work in the call centre?

I placed an order yesterday for an NBN service but I've been unable to contact them to discuss my application. I've called numerous times but always on hold for at least 10 minutes, sent an email but still no reply and even used their callback service but still nothing. If their NBN service is as poor as their customer service, I'm cancelling my order!

I'm happy to report that after some minor account setup issues, all is now ok and the NBN service is excellent!
