I was at my local Rockhampton Snooze store over the Christmas period with the intention of comparing prices and styles of several bed and mattress in store. I was served buy the a woman who called herself the manager. Very aggressive sales technique leaving my husband and I very uncomfortable and a feeling of been trapped into buying something. Left the store quite shaken.

Just purchased a bedroom suite from Snooze in Rockhampton. There has been a wonderful experience all round from purchasing to receiving my bed in prompt delivery time. This store has exceptional customer service very happy to help me choose my bed after my indecisiveness took over. Love me new bed always running late because I keep sleeping in lol. Great experience!
