I have been to this store twice now and the service on both occasions was excellent. The staff were very friendly and full of knowledge. I love my new pillow and sofa lounge and can’t wait to buy my new bed from this store.

The salesman acknowledged me as I was going around the store trying to find a replacement desk after our home was water-damaged. He readily gave me the information I needed to make the right choice. The store has been patient and understanding with delays in the repair of the house and has graciously been holding our order in storage for months now. It has been a pleasure dealing with Snooze Windsor and I would recommend them to others.

Thank you Andrew for the excellent service! I had ordered five new pillows on line with the postage option for delivery with an expectation that the product would arrive in a few days. Within less than 30 minutes Andrew had called from the Windsor store to advise me that the merchandise was in stock and they would deliver to my home that afternoon. Five new pillows arrived at my home within three hours of order placement, completely beyond expectations and as far as I am concerned this is what makes me loyal as a customer. Great customer service both in the store when choosing the product but also on delivery. Drivers turned up when they said the would and installed with no problem.

I returned to Snooze Windsor after visiting the previous week to gauge pricing of a single mattress for my daughter. Their staff were courteous on the original visit so I returned to purchase an economical mattress & met again with friendly staff & one of the guys even carried the single mattress straight into my ute. I was in & out within 20mins. Good job Snooze Windsor!

We went to another store at the same centre. No one spoke to us. Within minutes at snooze Windsor we had purchased and were arranging delivery. We now have our product, which is excellent and we will certainly go back.

I bought a bed base from snooze. Danny and the team were so helpful and friendly. The product is perfect. They even went out of their way to bring me an extra queen sized plastic bag to protect my mattress during my move to a new house.

All the staff at Windsor were great to deal with. They were very understanding when I had to cancel an order due to family members change of circumstance and then we're very helpful when I went back to purchase my own bed. Delivery also spot on time- so great all round!

The customer service was fantastic as soon as I walked in to the store. Staff helped me find the right mattress feel for me, showed me all the relevant mattresses within my budget which I then purchased. My mattress was delivered within the week and have had the best sleep since.

At the showroom we were given lots of information and options all done professionally. Then with the delivery the guys were very careful & looked after dismantling old bed + installing new bed. The whole process was really well organised & communicated with nothing being too much trouble. Great overall experience

Friendly and helpful service from the moment I walked in the door. Paul’s knowledge was excellent, with a good selection of options to suit my needs. There was no pressure to rush or buy - but I did, and had my mattress in 3 days! Although early days I am stoked with the Madison Grosvenor mattress so far. The snooze bed match system was interesting too! I’ve bought from Snooze before, and this particular store was recently recommended by friends - I would encourage anyone in the market for a new mattress/bed to check these guys out!
