Sent my Sony Xperia can ultra back for repair under warranty,they could not repair so they sent a replacement phone a refurbished phone made from used parts, was so disappointed,why not a new phone??

Hi Damien, I feel you should get a new phone & not a used phone. Contact consumer affairs for ?possible? help. I'm disheartened with Sony. They make some great equipment BUT should own up to their responsibilities when problems happen! I'm certain if they did they would win back MANY a customer who left them rather than making life difficult for customers like you & I who have supported them. Makes good business sense but it's also the right thing to do as life's to short & it's time for corporations to do the right thing. HEY? Good luck mate!
