My husband and I purchased a new spa recently and visited Splashes Terrey Hills where we were met with the most informative and friendly staff, Steve and Selfie. We went back a few times after seeing the range of spas available and all our questions were answered with patience and understanding. As our children had grown up, we decided on the 2 person spa which is just perfect for the size of our backyard. We really trusted their advice and are so happy with our spa. We would definitely recommend Splashes to our family and friends.

We got our new spa last weekend, after a long process. It was delivered promptly, and the after sales service was terrific - I called lots of times, and they were very patient with helping me set it up.

My family and I attended the pool and spa show held at Rosehill in March 2018. We spoke to a lot of salespeople that day, but we were most impressed by Jill from Splashes. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, not pushy. Her assistance continued throughout the whole process, from help with questions about delivery and installation, through to her coming out to demonstrate the controls and the chemicals. If you’re thinking about getting a spa, I recommend Splashes, and Jill from the Glenhaven store in particular. Thanks Jill!

We were very impressed with the service that we received when purchasing our new spa at Splashes! Our old one needed to be replaced ASAP and the knowledge and understanding of what we wanted was spot on! Not only did they deliver and install our new spa but took our old one away to the recycling centre. The installation was amazing, with the engineering mind of one of the delivery guys. They had to get it down a narrow drive, up and over a wired fence and into the pre-made decking from the old spa. We love our new spa, looking up at the stars in the chilly winter nights!! After looking all over Sydney for a Spa, we came across Splashes Spa World at Terrey Hills. At this stage, my Wife and I were about to change our mind entirely on purchasing a Spa. I had an excellent experience from my initial browsing through to post sales support. I purchased my 7 seater XL series OASIS spa from Flower Power Terrey Hills store. Georgina was great. No pressure approach. I even paid off my spa in multiple installments which really helped.
The follow up information on site prep was very helpful. The delivery was seamless and follow up tutorial at home with Georgina was great. Selfie also was a great help when I popped in store for more assistance on 3rd party accessories and cleaning supplies. The team really go out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

Splashes service was incredible from the day we wondered in the door of the showroom until after it was delivered. Georgina helped us pick a spa that suited our area and helped us with the tricky task of installing it at our home that has very limited access.
We have Dow t so much quality time in it with family and friends. We highly recommend Splashes.

After looking at a number of Spas we decided on an Oasis Spa and purchased it from Splashes Glenhaven. Second time we visited we met Jill who was extremely helpful and filled in the gaps missing from other companies. Once the spa was delivered, filled and powered up Jill arrived to go through the chemical procedures and setting up. The explanations she gave we easy to follow and understand along with many other more practical tips for getting the most from the spa and keeping running costs down. Would not hesitate to recommend Jill at Splashes Glenhaven based on our experience.

We just wanted to say thank you to Steve and his team at Terrey Hills for the outstanding service and professionalism we experienced when we purchased our Whitehaven Elite spa recently. Our backyard access was difficult to say the least but Steve along with Mick and the crane driver made what could have been an impossible access situation, fully possible - even our neighbours gathered and looked on in amazement to see a massive spa floating in the air then being expertly placed in its set position! Another visit from Steve saw us fully set up and we are now enjoying the amazing benefits of having what feels like a mini pool (with spa benefits!) in our backyard. Just purchased a spa from Splashes. I had looked at many companies over the past six months. I had a conversation with Jill, after talking with her I decided to buy my spa that day. She has been amassing, she is very knowable and exstreamly friendly, her after sales service is faultless. I would highly recommend her and this company.

Being new to owning a spa we were unsure about which chemicals, how often to put them, how often to test the water, amounts and the like. Paul explained exactly what to do, how to balance the levels and wrote down simple and easy to understand instructions for us.
Could not have asked for more accurate or better help.

Paul is a champ! His care and attention is second to none, he is honest, hardworking and sells a fabulous product.

Bought a spa there some 5 years ago. I rang last week to check on price for 3 spa chemicals. I went there yesterday only to be told the price had gone up by $30. Salesperson (Rebecca) refused to honour the price she had given me over the phone. I asked her to ring her boss to verify this (Stephen). He agreed that they didn't have to honour the price given over the phone. We were given excellent advice from Steve Dempsey on the best type of spa which would suit our needs. We purchased our spa at the outdoor living expo from the splashes stand. Michele was our saleswoman, and she was perfect. Was not pushy in any way. Actually she sent us away to look at all the others first, as I know now she knew we would be back.
Delivery was within a day of the expected delivery date. The whole process from purchase to install to handover was seemless. If you are looking for a spa, do not go anywhere other than splashes. And ask for Michele. You will not go wrong.

We purchased a spa through Splashes Spa World at Glenhaven and we were very pleased the prompt and professional service from Michele and the team. You guys promised great service to us and did not deliver, very disappointed. My wife and i have been waiting for months for my spa leak to be fixed. We were promised over and over that a service technician was going to come out to us but that day never came. Not very happy with Splashes and wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone. From the first moment my wife and I walked into Splashes at Glenhaven I knew we were in good hands.
Michele guided us through the process of picking the most suitable spa for us, and was friendly, helpful and professional throughout our initial consultation, at this stage we had to check to see if our property could accommodate the new spa/power required and after several phone calls back and forth to Michele (who never hesitated to provide professional advice and help) we made a decision on which spa to get.

We recently bought a 4.4m swim spa from Michele at splashes glenhaven and couldn't be happier with both the purchase and the buying experience. Splashes were a pleasure to deal with, there were no delays and the team even went above and beyond to deliver a day earlier than scheduled to work with our work schedules.

After owning a much larger spa for 10 years, it has taken a bit of time to get used to the smaller space and the fact that the jet pressure is not as strong, but otherwise we are very happy with our purchase. I would suggest including a stronger pump on this size.
