We have only had our spa for a few weeks and absolutely love it. My husband and I jump in after Karate training and it helps to relieve sore muscles. Normally I avoid baths but the spa is perfect at a constant temperature and love the jets to target the muscles.

Could not be happier with our overall experience. We purchased a large Swimspa and we are loving it. Shane at Marsden Park has been so helpful. The after sale service does not stop once you have the spa. Thanks guys for a great service and product.

Choosing to get a spa was something we took a long time to decide on. We chose Splashes after a recommendation. Best decision we made. From the minute we walked into the Marsden Park showroom to the final tuition on how to use and maintain our spa has been nothing but flooress. Shane and Matt have answered all our questions big and small, even our frantic last minute colour change was not a problem. They have worked with us every step of the way. And I know, should I need to contact Shane again he is more than willing to take my call at any time. They have been one of the easiest most supportive companies I have had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time.

We purchased a large spa from Rick at Splashes Glenhaven. From the first time we went into the store the service was very good. Time was taken to understand our needs and discuss different options with us. We upgraded from what we were originally going to get in which this needed to be ordered from overseas. The delivery time frame was spot on and the transport company was fantastic. Due to very limited side access, the spa needed to be lifted over our garage in which the transport company did this very professionally without any issues. Rick made two house visits and ensured that we understood how to work and maintain our new spa. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to make a big purchase like we did! Generally use our spa most days during summer. With good advice from your retailer have found the upkeep & maintenance very easy. Experiencing my 1st technical problem after two years of use, the staff from Splashes Terrey Hills were prompt & helpful in rectifying the issue. Can’t thank Steve & Selfie enough. Cheers guys. The staff could not be more helpful, and have continued to provide excellent support when I have called up with questions around managing my new spa. This crowd gave absolutely no help. Seems just to be a sales organisation. On the handover I asked about a remote controller as the panel is on the distant side of the spa. No response. My brother has the same spa with wifi connectivity. This was never offered to me. The whole experience has been a nightmare

My family and I attended the pool and spa show held at Rosehill in March 2018. We spoke to a lot of salespeople that day, but we were most impressed by Jill from Splashes. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and most importantly, not pushy. Her assistance continued throughout the whole process, from help with questions about delivery and installation, through to her coming out to demonstrate the controls and the chemicals.
