STA Travel Carousel are outstanding

Very good service during a difficult time. The staff at the Carousel store in Cannington WA have been great. I would recommend them to anyone travelling in the future. Cheers

STA has been so helpful and accommodating to my needs during such a tough time in the travel industry. Due to the virus I needed cancel my flight dates and rebook for the following year. Within such a busy time STA customer service team got back to me within two days and set up my travel credit to use instantly. They allowed me an extensive amount of time to rebook my flights once I was confident in my new dates. I would definitely recommend booking with them in confidence knowing that the customer service team really looks after their consumers!

Extremely helpful customer advisor by the name of Courtney. Correspondence via email was prompt and she helped cancel flights and receive a flight credit in return giving me freedom to rebook when the current climate improves. Friendly helpful and eager to assist!

While going through this time of year I have had nothing but the best service from Brent Cooper - he has kept me up to date and informed regularly while having to make arrangements for our 2020 holiday. I am so dissapointed with STA Travel my flight was cancelled with singapore airlines and firstly i was offered a refund but now they only going to give me a credit not happy have taken this further to consumer affairs. I am going through financial hardhsip now and I need my money back very selfish. will never book with them again

In difficult times STA want to charge me $350 for the cancellation of my flights, hitting me up for a fee really ? Poor form not thinking about the future.Guess who we wont be using in the future sounds like you may be going under with our $$

Flight has been cancelled and airline have said full refund no penalty. STA will only offer a credit even though I was told before if airline cancels we get refund

STA Travel is my go-to for all my travel needs, and this time was no different. They are always reliable, helpful and super friendly.
I unfortunately had no choice but to cancel my trip due to the Corona Virus situation, and Brittanie How from the Curtin Uni store was super quick to respond to my emails and sorted my situation out almost immediately.
She also has some pretty good puns which is never a bad thing!

Chloe Dipane was helpful and informative at the time of my original booking.
Subsequent to this we have been forced to cancel our trip, due to Coronavirus. Chloe has been amazing. She has answered all of my emails quickly and efficiently. She has conferred with the airline many times to provide us the most up to date advice.

Melissa Wright consistently went above and beyond to help me change my plans and travel home to Australia at short notice due to COVID-19. Despite being under a lot of pressure, she replied promptly and efficiently and her tone was calm and reassuring. This made all the difference to me at a very difficult and stressful time. This customer service experience exceeded my expectations and Melissa should be commended for her hard work. I am incredibly grateful to have dealt with her.

Declan Barrie was excellent in dealing with our desperate need to change our flights on 2 occasions in a very short period of time as a result of CV19 to allow us to quickly and safely return home to Australia. He acted quickly, efficiently and compassionately and in a very professional way. His prompt service helped to elevate the great stress we were feeling. Krystal was so helpful and accommodating with my last minute trip to KL over New Years! She helped me find appropriate flights for my travel and also provided some great things to do while over there! So friendly and easy to talk to.

Bad Faith and Unethical

Contiki and Etihad have both provided full refunds to STA. STA will not pass on the refund. ACCC states services are to refund if suppliers have offered which in this case Etihad and Contiki have both passed on. Will never deal with STA again, very disappointing company.
