No complaints at all. Very good rate and connection was seamless. Worked with my solar company to ensure that solar discounts were applied correctly.

Had a bill query .. Georgia was very helpful, friendly and quick to resolve it. Great to speak to someone in Australia without any wait time. Issue resolved in less than 2 mins.

Sorry I had to leave, I did like the service.
I changed both electricity and gas to Sumo, as i liked the savings and the personal assistance i got when i needed it. i have since had to move out of the house due to the new owners wanting to move in, and i have moved into a new shared property. They already have an energy provider, so i have had to leave Sumo.
Thank you for the savings and the time. it is nice to speak to a real person!

Issues within changing provider to Sumo, Principal issues initially Incorrect information provided by previous provider [Meter Number]. Issues re incorrect form for "Life Support" claim - this was corrected - however corrected form not registered. Sumo Operator has corrected this [Hopefully].

Queried receiving a disconnection notice as bill is supposed to be via direct debit. Took a few seconds for the customer service operator to work out the issue and provide options. Also provided advice to reduce cost.

Fair pricing and easy contact
I have been with Sumo for over 2 years and sadly have to move out due to Covid 19 at the end of this month.
We had both gas and electricity accounts with Sumo and never had any issues. The prices were fair and we received discounts for paying on time. While I was on holidays, the bill email got blocked from my inbox so I missed a payment however Sumo were really understanding and waived the charges. The customer service team are easy to get on to and really friendly.
