The chair is all I hoped it would be - however I do have one concern. There was a requirement for 2 people to collect the furniture as the staff were not allowed to help. Can understand health and safety issues, however if the company invested in a small fork-lift truck this would overcome the problem. As it was it took me 4 months to arrange for someone to accompany me to pick up my purchase! Sorry won't visit the Comfort Shop again. Sorry haven't kept invoice however I am sure the staff at the store will remember me as I was in constant touch about the delay in picking up the chair!

We downsized to an appartment and were struggling to find a space efficient seating/visitors combo for a tiny bedroom. We recently came across an ad for The Comfort Shop and their range of wall beds. We opted for the Nuovoliola model and it looks great! The store was excellent with all the options available to see. Installation service is available - great service and excellent knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

Staff very helpful. Gave us plenty of time to make a decision. We bought a recliner which was delivered on time,unpacked and set up and the packaging taken away. Very happy with the product and the price.

We purchased 2 reclining lounge chairs. They look surprisingly good and they're exceptionally comfortable. The shopping experience at the Richmond store was excellent - noone was aggressive about a sale, and all our questions were answered. In fact, Stephen, the sales person, was delightful - one of the most skilful sales people we've encountered. Delivery was also handled seamlessly.

I bought my new italian made wall bed from the Comfort Shop. Brendon and the other staff were so helpful and efficient and my wall bed arrived on time and is just fantastic!!! I got a great price and the bed is sensational.

The service was very professional and not pushy. They were more than willing to let us open, shut, pull down, push up, lie on, sit in and put the item through its paces. The only annoying thing is that the wait time for the fold out bed we ordered was 12 to 16 weeks. It end up being a little longer than 16 weeks due to shipping issues (they come from Italy). We were offered the single on the shop floor but we wanted a king single so had to wait. If you are in a rush to get the fold out bed/desk and don't want floor stock then be prepared to wait. I am sure there is a reason that they don't have some of the fold down beds in stock, it just was not articulated to us. Ultimately, happy with the product and the installation.

We bought two wall beds last year whilst in Melbourne, as we are from Adelaide. We were not in our apartment at the time but once we took possession of it we then renovated it so there was a significant time lapse before getting them sent. Comfort shop were very understanding and were happy to store them until we needed them which was about 4-5 months. Whenever we called the were very helpful and friendly. Even though we have as yet not installed them at the time of this review we are looking forward to seeing them in our newly renovated home

I went to the Comfort Shop and found I could ask for assistance with any questions I had and the floor stock is impressive both in utility and design. I would recommend this business, and have, to anyone either looking for furniture to dress a new abode or for those replacing or adding to their existing stock.
A lot of the stock is space aware so that pieces unfold, widen or just change shape.

We purchased 2 leather chairs from Richmond. We opted to pickup but access restricted due to building works. Staff met us with laptop & guided us to warehouse. Great help.

I had deliberated for quite some time over getting a new mattress, after having extreme Sciatica issues, and a poor choice in the past, then i found the comfort shop.. the staff are very understanding and gave me plenty of time to re visit and decide. After buying my Contour Visco mattress, it is very low impact on my body and after 3 weeks i notice my pain has gone, Very happy with the quality and service.

Firstly, the product is well constructed but given it is pretty much the most expensive wall bed going, I would expect it to be. My issue is that the standard mattress is too hard and 3 people in our house have tried it, me my wife and our 14 year old son and we all think the same. I was disappointed to be told that to switch to a soft mattress would cost another $500. We have solved the issue with a mattress topper for $200. The Comfort Shop people were fine and good to deal with and its probably not up to them, but I was disappointed.

Excellent service and advice in the store. I had a specific need and was shown the products that matched. It made the process of choosing a suitable product so easy. I was kept up to date with delivery via phone calls and it all went smoothly. The chair looks great, is comfortable and perfect for my needs.

We visited the shop in Richmond to look for a new bed, and bought an Ultima Visco mattresses, Ergo Manual Adjustable base and bedhead. SF had encyclopaedic product knowledge on features and properties. Having listened to our criteria, she offered focused suggestions for consideration, and made great recommendations. We are indebted to her for a great solution. I didn't realise just how badly I had been sleeping!

I bought the bedhead (& a few years earlier the bed) in the shop on Church St. Sabrina helped me with the type of bedhead I wanted plus the colour & style. She was informative & helpful & never pushy. She followed up carefully regarding the installation of the bedhead, sending photos of the procedure for installing etc.

I found the Comfort shop online and then went to look at the store in Richmond, Victoria.
The staff on the floor were very helpful and offered endless time to answer questions and demonstrate the beds etc.
We ordered our beds and we were updated frequently on the timing of the delivery, as the neds are made to order in Italy. The store helped by organising an installer, who was very efficient and did a solid job of installing the wall beds.
I would highly recommend the team and quality of the products from The Comfort Shop.

Really helpful staff who are also not at all pushy. Great display of beds. Not a cheap product - but it definitely feels like a great product and we have no regrets about our purchase.
