We could not be happier from the very beginning we would dream about building a home with this company, we signed up November 2021. We got some terrible news in march 2022 (brick work had just started) with the health of one of our children which resulted in myself (mum) and child moving to Perth while he underwent treatment for cancer at 7 years old! Rural Building claimed the plaster falling off my walls 1cm thick to be a maintenance issue from day 1 and under their 6mths maintenance they patched it in places all around the house. This issue continued past 6 mths and they claimed it was not structural and did not fit into the 6yr structural warranty and washed their hands of it. So every year I am still repairing this plaster issue which is obviously due to dubious workmanship in the first place. We have finally moved into our beautiful new home on the 13th of May and wanted to officially thank the team from RBC involved in our build. We are extremely happy with "The Karridale Retreat".

From the start the process was a smooth un-stressful process. The team communicated every step of the build to us and made sure we understood. There were no hidden unexpected cost increases to our build.

Management was excellent. Staff always approachable and contactable. The workers were always prompt and worked long hours.
Quality of the carpentry exceptional in particular and they were very hard workers.
A few issues with the installation of the stove by the plumbers which I feel was not done properly and have recently had to have fixed.
Cost came in under estimate which was a nice surprise.

Our build in Denmark was our second home we have owned but the first time we have been through the building process. We were anticipating a fair few problems along the way after speaking with other people who have built in the area but were so happy when it virtually went off without a hitch!!

We have been living in our new home for 3 months now, this is a dream come true. Our first build, living 600kms away and a pregnancy. Our home is built with no corner cut, to the highest quality polished and perfect. Every employee at Rural was a pleasure to deal with. So glad we put all our trust in Rural Builders, the standard quality of there homes allows you to not really need to know much about what you are doing. There are so many extra features in our home we didn't know we had that really finish it off nicely.

Great experience. This is my first time building and the process was very easy and clear from the start. The sales team were very helpful with answering any questions. The building supervisor was approachable and easy to talk to with no problem being to big or small. I was expecting that building with a larger company that my house would just be another number for the contractors on site but was pleasantly surprised by the care and workmanship of all the trades.

From the sales consultant, construction supervisor and everyone in between were fantastic. We built the Marri View home with RBC and i can't fault it.
The building itself looks strong and bold sitting on our 1 acre block with some serious timber poles and raked ceiling that set the home apart from any others that we have seen.
The finishings in the kitchen, bathrooms and scullery where done first class obviously by tradies that are at the top of their game.

This is the first time we have built a new home and of course we were wary due to horror stories from others who have built. I am pleased and relieved to say we did not have any real issues and any problems that did arise were dealt with and resolved in a timely manner.
