We have purchased a lounge, two armchairs, a floor mat, a corner table and one lamp. I am actually going back this afternoon to buy two more lamps. We were very happy with the selection and everything in the store is beautifully displayed. Congratulations on your arrival on the Gold Coast I am sure you will be very successful.

We went to the Terrey Hills store and were helped immediately to the products we were interested in and then left to look around on our own. It was easy to navigate and we loved the selection of products.

It was wonderful to be able to purchase a bed that was in stock and not have for to wait months. Our shoes fit perfectly in the drawers underneath and the bed looks very stylish in our room. The service we received from Tigress was exceptional.

Customer service is king, and we got that with Brad Daley at the Castle Hill store. He was extremely helpful, insightful and assisted us with our great purchase. We’ll keep coming back!

Excellent range of products and fabrics for custom lounges. Tina was so helpful and patient with picking out fabrics for some chairs for our lounge room. The chairs were delivered on time, are fantastic quality and look excellent in the space!

I saw this lovely piece of furniture online then went to the store.The product is awesome and was less expensive than other competitors .The product does not compromise quality and from the store to the delivery guys everything was awesome.I especially liked the professional delivery team, putting it together and doing the tricky job with much care.This is our second quality piece from Tigress We love them, want furniture go to Tigress

I’ve driven past this store at least one hundred times and when we recently moved decided it was time to check them out. Being a researcher from way back, I found the high quality, value for money and the customer service second to none. Tina, the Manager, knows her product inside out and back to front. No pressure to buy, just good old fashion service. The furniture of course is just beautiful. I love the pieces I’ve bought and will be back for more.

At Tigress we found just what we were looking for - high quality outdoor furniture at a reasonable price. Everything was available and delivered within a week. Delivery guys were lovely. Very happy with how everything sits within our home. We were, however, disappointed to pay for installation of our 3 metre table (which took only minutes) and then learn that packaging was not being removed. We purchased 12 pieces of furniture, which has left us with an enormous amount of cardboard and polystyrene rubbish. I feel that Tigress salespeople should advise about this at purchase.
