Ordered online, came very quickly which was surprising. Packaged alright and not much damage apart from a crease on the box, so pretty happy overall.

I bought a pram online from kids r us for $260 i received it roughly a week later, when it arrived I was very disappointed because it was not what I expected

Prompt delivery of my item all in one piece. Excellent communication via email on delivery and easy to buy off the website, giving me free delivery which was a bonus.

I asked when i ordered the happy together furniture if they could send me one of each item. None the same i said. But instead i got 2 kitchen dining sets and no bathroom set. So unhappy

I ordered car seat, baby bath and a cot in different deliveries and were delivered at a very negligible cost without any hassle to Darwin, NT. While all the other websites (Don't want to name them) were charging me a bomb for delivery to NT. Babies R Us charged me just 8.99AUD for the delivery of the cot only and that's it and nothing for the carseat.
I am sticking with Babies R Us from now on.

Please for the life of me Swap courier companies, it said to sign for my item, I didn't but it stated I did, I was panicking thinking it had been given to another address! Dont stress I will complain to company but thought you would like to know on the other hand I love my product and thoroughly impressed by the service and quick delivery

My name and address were printed to close to the edge of the sticker, the number of my address was unreadable.
l had to contact Australia Post to check what happened to my items.
They were located at the Noble Park East Post Office.

I ordered my item online and it was dispatched very quickly and arrived in pristine condition. Everything about my transaction was perfect. So sad to find out they'll be closing down soon. ☹️☹️☹️

Most orders I get are correct but for some reason the last order they delivered the wrong nappies. It was annoying as the sizes weren't right.

Email gift card I purchased for gift didn't go to email. Made over 3 calls then finally we were given numbers & pin but when my goddaughter went to purchase goods she was told she must spend twice as much in order to use this. Due to recent take over. I would never have purchased this if I had known it would cost my niece so much stress & out of pocket too.

wanted to buy this but not available in Hobart ordered online with Toys R Us and delivered a few days later. Not too hard to put together and is strong and kids love it. Would recommend the product just make sure you check before you connect as not that easy to separate other than that it was good to put together.
