Email gift card I purchased for gift didn't go to email. Made over 3 calls then finally we were given numbers & pin but when my goddaughter went to purchase goods she was told she must spend twice as much in order to use this. Due to recent take over. I would never have purchased this if I had known it would cost my niece so much stress & out of pocket too.

wanted to buy this but not available in Hobart ordered online with Toys R Us and delivered a few days later. Not too hard to put together and is strong and kids love it. Would recommend the product just make sure you check before you connect as not that easy to separate other than that it was good to put together.

One of my items was faulty, called highpoint 7times no answer, called northland once and was told to come in to exchange it.

On my receipt it clearly showed the delivery address where parcel was to be delivered. This did not happen and had to collect from the post office.

My item arrived with several tears in the cardboard surrounding the item.
This item is a gift, and I don't have time to return it.
At no stage did anyone call me to warn me about the terrible quality of the packaging and ask me if I still wanted the item (which I would have declined).
Seems the quality control wasn't there at all.

I won't even know if the toy works until the gift is opened on Saturday.

I received a sleepy time doll in which the box was that badly damaged it was embarrassing to give to my granddaughter for her birthday. It wasn't the freight as the box was ripped and taped up again. It was a disgrace and I will never again buy online with you guys again.

I placed an order and received a completely different item.. Then they expected me to go to a post office 30 mins away from where I live to post back to them. Unbelievable. There mistake they should send the right product!!!!

The baby swing is exactly what I wanted. It turned up right on time too, quickly. The swing was exactly what the website showed.

the item I received was just what I wanted and same one as I had seem on line. Would but again from toys R us for sure !

Sad to see baby r us go through administration, order items online and it was processed so quickly! Less than two days it was at my doorstep

The Toys l brought were amazing but l will not use online ordering again 7 days to get from one side of Melbourne to the other. I even had to call up to chase my purchase very disappointed.
