As always a great place to stay, we'll be back. Has the best position on Broad beach. Great access to all restaurants without the hassle 2k down the road.

We enjoyed staying at the Ultiqa On Air. Everything close that we needed or wanted and room had beautiful views. Staff were very pleasant.

we love the Air apartments...this is our 4th or 5th visit and it never fails to be a terrific holiday. A 4 bedroom on the 35th floor gave our family of gown up children and grandkids a terrific view up and down the coast. Love the closeness to the restaurants, shopping centre and beach...with a well cared for pool for adults and the toddlers to keep us occupied. We visited the theme parks as well as the surf club opposite to break up our week and used the BBQ area downstairs. The whole complex was kept clean and tidy (as usual) and we will be back next year!

Great view, all types of restaurants and bars down stairs, beach across the road. Clean rooms, balcony over looking ocean.

Had to buy dishwasher tablets and plastic bags for under sink garbage bin which I feel should have been provided, otherwise unit was clean and tidy. Children's pool was great as we were with two grandchildren under 3.

The ocean view rooms are stunning with a terrific location in broadbeach close to everything. The rooms were a well decorated, lovely living space

We have been holidaying at Beach Haven for many years. It's become a home away from home (but without the housework and with the most stunning views on the coast). Everything we need is close by so no car needed. We feel very welcome and can't wait to go back

We love Ultiqa Air! Just across the road from the gorgeous beach at Broadbeach, and so close to all the quality dining options too!

We have had the pleasure of staying here on a number of occasions and with its position is so close to great eateries the casino shopping as well as beautiful beaches. You can do as much as you choose or just kick back and relax.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Right at Kings Beach. Great restaurants. Staff are ever so friendly and helpful. Highlt recommend. Views to die for.

Hubby and I went there for a wedding. Perfect spot went for a swim at the beach before the wedding and at 6am the next moring to cure the after effects of a couple of drinkies.... The room was fantastic and the view was specular. The staff was also lovely. Can't wait to go back.

The view from these ocean-view apartments is just stunning. Apartments are clean, staff friendly, location ideal for all local restaurants, conference centre and beach. We love staying here.

Room had great views over the ocean, was clean and had well equipped kitchen. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Central location.

City central position was great and rooftop access and facilities a bonus. Room was good as was compimentary parking and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and there was no reason to ask questions because everything was covered. Room comfortable and well appointed.

As above. Any assistance required was dealt with very quickly. The view was beautiful. We really enjoyed end the inclusion of breakfast at the 2 restaurants.
