I can't seem to get the interface to stop blinking when indicating freezer zone. contents not freezing. I have done doors/compartment checks ++, setting up was done by appliance company. suggestions?

The interface keeps flashing for the freezer zone and contents not freezing. about 20 hrs now. help needed. WHE5200SA model.

I've not encountered this problem so I can only sugest that maybe its not sealing properly when closing the freezer .Check that the rollers on the freezer are still in the proper position. Otherwise I call the service centre for advice.

Thank you, Cinders2. I have checked pretty much everything I could but couldn't find anything wrong with the set up etc. ended up calling a fridge tech. The unit needs to be changed as it "lacks gas".
