Late 2022 I purchased Oliveri Sink & Tap, Smeg Double Oven, Ilve Induction Cooktop, Fisher and Paykel Double Draw Dishwasher for new kitchen. Rod Love and the staff were so amazing & helpful. As a customer of 10+ years plus, I'm extremely disappointed on the customer service experience. Logged a warranty on a minor request on the 21 January, after several follow ups and limited response, I am yet to get any movement or updates on my warranty request. Will no longer be recommending your services again.

We have needed to purchase white goods on 6 occasions for a range of projects in recent months. Each time Winnings staff have been very helpful in helping us sort out the appliance that suits the need and match the best price available. In one instance we were able to find an appliance on the Home Clearance website that matched a need at 50% of the price!
Overnight delivery on several occasions was amazing and the delivery guys are always helpful and careful moving large items in and out of the house.
Great to have a shop in Newcastle where we can talk with a person and look at the appliances.

Great sales experience but awful customer experience. Never delivered one of our products and never told us it wasn't coming. On asking they said it would be available two months later, it's still not here and no one at customer service calls us back. If I had my time again we'd go elsewhere.

I purchased a Westinghouse upright cooker from Redfern Winning Appliances. The service is the tops from the sales lady to the guy who delivered and installed the cooker. I am very happy with my purchase.

Our new oven was always going to be a tight fit into our existing cabinetry - but the store staff did an inspection and felt it would be OK. On delivered it would not quite fit, but one phone call to the manager at Taren Point put us completely at ease - no ifs no buts, we will take care of it whatever it takes he said.
Winnings services team were dispatched and did an outstanding job modifying our custom cabinetry to suit without damaging anything. It looks better than new.

I like the people in the showroom, their knowledge of the products, I found them very helpful and dedicated caring about the client questions about the different brands of appliances, to help choosing the right product to their liking and to their budget, explaining quite well the difference between the products, what is better what is not so. I found the whole process professional and easy. Even when we had to replace a product that wasn't what we thought we needed, there was no problem and they made it easy. Highly recommend.

The info was online, the fridge was in store to view, in stock to deliver and the price was, again, right. The delivery was good and the Fisher & Paykel 442 litre fridge is working well. It's a pleasant change to deal with a business that does the right thing at the right price.

We were extremely happy with the sales service provided by Shippee, she was more than helpful, pricing was very competitive, ordered on the day of our showroom visit with delivery the next day, received emails / SMS on our pending delivery down to the last 30 minutes, Mark and his assistant delivered and set up our new washing machine and took the old one away.
Overall a great experience.
