We purchased a refrigerator & washing machine, from the time we met Lynda who helped us to choose our items to the two gentlemen who delivered the goods the service we received was amazing, constantly informing us of arrival date & time right down to a message & phone call 30 minutes before delivery, everyone was so helpful, cheerful & polite, we could not recommend them highly enough

Just purchased Bosch washing machine. Ever since i entered their redfern shop with 5 minutes before closure until delivery, i was amazed by fantastic service i received, Eleni in particular. Delivery of brand new machine took only 2 days...

Winnings staff are expert and knowledgeable. Their store is a joy to be in and I love the free coffee and snacks! They price-match so I do not know why anyone would buy appliances anywhere else. The whole experience from product selection to ordering to delivery was just seamless, easy and enjoyable. Even the delivery guys were on time and totally lovely!

Fits the criteria very well. Stabilises the dryer with the washer. Bonus of the pull out shelf is great, gives you the opportunity to place basket with clothes to place in and out of dryer

Melinda at Newcastle was excellent. Informed about her products and very helpful. Price was suprisingly competitive particularly given the service and great showroom to actually view products.
Delivery was going to be a problem when cabinet maker gave us short notice of installation and one product had limited availability. Melinda kindly sorted it and the delivery to a rural area was exactly on time.
Would recommend and use Winnings Appliances again.

We had partial delivery for range hood first time; scheduled the delivery for the balance items in couple months later, but with incorrect estimation of project progress for fitting, so returned the appliances back at free of charge. Purchased Siemens front loader. Delivered next day which was excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable and made process of purchasing very easy. Have bought quite a few appliances over the years and have never been let down.

We had to go over a balcony to get the fridge into the kitchen due to narrow stairs. The delivery guys had no trouble with this & were cheerful & friendly during the whole process.
