I needed to buy an oven and Gary was incredibly helpful right from the get go. I tried to be clear at the start about what I needed and he wasted no time with upselling, just matching to what I had said and otherwise explaining things and answering my questions. This made the whole decision making process easy and I was quite happy to buy there a week later. To top off the experience, the delivery was smoothly managed, too.
I'd like to be able to give feedback on after-sales support, too, but I haven't needed to test it... and, of course, I hope I don't need to!
