It says to enter your activation number it’s the right number but it says incorrect number

The 9 digit number will begin with the number 4 and end with the letter N.

No idea where to look for personal message!! Purchased a Woolworths sim to use in my Telstra prepaid dongle. Have inserted it but the dongle screen says non telstra sim detected. My ipads SEEM to connect to the dongle but when trying to use the internet there is no connection to the internet even though the wifi symbol indicates connection. No data has been used so definitely not connected to internet.

Yes, have restarted and done a soft reset on it as well. I also pushed the reset button on modem.

Woolworths Mobile does use parts of the Telstra network to connect, however, our SIM cards can only be used in an unlocked device. It may be in your best interest to contact Telstra in order to unlock your device.

I just bought a mobile phone over the counter at Wollies. It comes with a vodafone sim card. I have done some shop around and come across with some other more interesting deals from others providers. Are the mobiles phones sold by Wollies over-the-counter, 1 payment off you go locked? Do I have to pay unlocking fee?

Thank you for your enquiry. Our Woolworths Mobile SIM cards can only be used in an unlocked device. If these devices are unlocked our SIM card will work. However, if the device is locked our SIM card will not work.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding your 365 day Pre-paid starter pack.

All you need to do is activate the SIM card before the 15th of April 2022. For example, this means if you activate it on the 14th of April 2022 you will still have the 365 day expiry as you activated the SIM before the actual SIM card expiry date.

If you are unable to make or receive calls after activating your international roaming add on you would need to review the below troubleshooting steps to ensure you can connect to a network whilst overseas.

For iOS devices:
Settings > Mobile > Select your mobile number > Network Selection > Ensure it is switched on

For most Android devices:
Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically

If you are still unable to connect please connect to the network manually.

For iOS devices:
Settings > Mobile > Select your mobile number > Network Selection > Select from the populated list

For most Android devices:
Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select manually > Select our preferred network provider i the country the customer is in.

Please see the below link for the countries included and the selected networks.

What frequency does a Woolworths sim use. My friend uses a sim card dongle in his pc and I need to ensure the dongle and Woolworths frequency are compatible

You can only use a data sim in a dongle. This is also available from Woolworths as a sim card. Quite cheap compared to others.

Yes you own the handset. I renewed my contract as a sim only for a cheaper price. The phone is unlocked.

I’ve signed up with Woolworths mobile on a $20 starter pack and ported my number over, within an hr my number was ported over but I can’t make calls sms or use internet, my account has a msg that says “recharge in progress” I never had a problem like that. When will my service be up and running? The starter pack comes with 6gb data and unlimited data, shouldn’t the sim work once the port is successful ? This is one bad porting experience. Not happy

I have chatted online and the representative said she has to escalate this issue with tech support and it will take up to 48hrs, which is unacceptable because I’ve paid for unlimited calls, txts and 6gb data and once the ported have successfully ported over, I should have been able to use my service, due to Woolworths mobile mistake, I am without a service from a day up to 2 days. I’m hoping it’ll be fixed by Monday afternoon. Thx for your reply
