Had a good experience from starting to the completion of house. All the staff from AAA rapid have been very helpful from building to financial no problems at all. Would like to thank saiyaj who had a very good impression when we met first time while choosing the builder and didn’t had to look for any other builder as everything was satisfying. The owner, Sayiz, is very helpful and receiving of his customers requirements. Our project manager, Janabi, also worked really professionally and ensured we got our house on time. When it comes to customer service aaa is the team for home construction.
Our home was completed in 5 months. Saiyaz is exceptional and our experience with moshuir and janabi was good. They were always available to speak to you and flexible with variations without raising the roof. You could even speak to them after hours.
Aaa provided clarity from the first day with the tender covering all aspects of the build. The build was of a very high standard. We saved a lot of money with what they provided as standard inclusions.
There is always a fear when building but this was not the case with aaa. We will definitely build with them again.

We had a renovation project that included doing most of the downstairs and a little in the upstair bathrooms. Janabi was our project manager, kept in touch throughout the process and was a pleasure to deal with. Saiyaz was very reasonable to deal with and honest. Our kitchen was out of service for some days and Saiyazs father asked the workmen to set us up a temporary kitchen outdoors for us as we have little kids and without a kitchen we would have struggled, this was very well appreciated.

They did a very nice job in the end and I would recommend them without any reluctance. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Having a battle axe block with very difficult access became a nightmare until we met with AAA Rapid Homes.
Our initial consult was met with knowledge and everything we wanted to include wasn’t a problem.
Our site supervisor Moshiur kept us up to date and his knowledge and attention to detail was second to none. He really kept on top of the project.
The build quality in my opinion is better than a lot of these “prestigious” display home builders. Final costs were no different to our tender and our variations were exact. AAA whole team were professional friendly and knowledgeable and responded in a very timely manner.

We are currently at mid construction however starting from tender quote by Saiyaz till now we have been fortunate that we have a builder’s honesty and quality sustainability. So far they have completed their job as we have been advised.

Great customise builder easy selection process, no hesitation and easy to communicate with staff.

Our site supervise David has helped us to go through the construction process and has helped us to extend our thought. His follow up is also a part of less stress specially when you building first home.
