Yes, the staff is very patient and kind. The problem claim is solved quickly and in time. The staff helps me to register the account of the OSHC. It's a satisfactory service.

On whether the policy is good value, I have no strong opinions regarding it. It was fairly easy to set up. I have not had the occasion to lodge a claim, thankfully. I have only been with Allianz for a little over half a year.

I had taken overseas visitors insurance for 2 visitors. They were not sure how they will stay for and so I had monthly payments options. After 2 months visitors decided to go back and I called to cancel policy but they said I have to give them atleast 30 days notice for cancellation and charged me $280 for nothing.
It was daytime robbery.
Would never recommend to anyone.

Every thing was perfect. Anelica was very friendly and helpful, even though my English it's not really good, she tried to her best To explain and show me how I use the application and how to claim. Thanks allot for her.

Angelica was very helpful in helping me extend my current cover. I had some questions regarding my cover and she explained it in great detail and gave me useful suggestions about my insurance policy.

I am paying 75$ a month and it doesn't cover anything (unless you admitted to the hospital or die) so can't comment on the process of lodging the claim - hopefully I won't have to do it
Service is terrible - they say they answer emails within 48 hours but it never happens. Even when they respond - sometimes it seems they haven't even read your questions properly...
Tried to call for 40 mins just now - they hang up! Called OSHC department - they haven't enen listened to me explaining the situation; transeferred the call to OVHC (who hang up again)

Yes. This was an extension to the current cover. I have not lodged any claim as I have not been in any situation do so for the last 2 years

I had a great face-to-face discussion with Ms Vratika Mehta last week. She explained things quickly and clearly in the conversation. I emailed her again today about some enquiries and she responded in just 8 minutes. Very lucky to have her here to assist ANU international students. She is approachable, helpful, and efficient.

Claim process needs to be made electronic so that hard copy stuff could be avoided.
Medication cost coverage should be improved as currently the policy is hardly covering anything.

The service systems are not satisfying. I had many issues with the online processing of my data, and the hotline has poorly performed.
Unfortunately, there are no available substitutes for exchange students.

Perfect for overseas visitors on a short term visit upto a year. Easy to set up and simple terms and conditions while offering good value and great benefits. Happy with it both times I took it out for parents visiting.

Phoned Allianz Global Assistance in need of... medical assistance!

They failed to call my number back, twice. Stating the number was unreachable.
Except my friend in AU could call the number fine...

Then after replying to the email I finally received from them, they then took over 36 hours to reply to that time sensitive email. Luckily my life didn't depend on it or anything....
