In comparison to other insurance providers, I felt Allianz was the better value by far. I would most definitely utilize this service again. Hassle free, easy to understand, no grey areas.

Policy was great clear understanding and cover required. Staff at Allianz efficient and helpful after experiencing a slight hitch online with date of birth. Age correct, defaulted to a wrong month/year.

The policy was laid out clearly, it was easy to organise (although the app didn't work so I had to use computer instead) and it gave great peace of mind.

Policy was purchased (on 13th June 2016), for the reasons if flights/accommodation was cancelled or problems. Was easy enough to organise with operator over phone. My customer service officer who I purchased insurance with was very helpful and friendly. When I originally called a week before for a quote (on 4th June 2016) I did not feel that the customer service operator was confident. Please provide more training to staff when filling out an assessment form. When I revealed that my son was epileptic I was required to answer some questions and this particular operator could not pronounce or explain what malignant or benign was???

In terms of the overall cost of our holiday, the amount we invested in travel insurance was relatively small but provided a great deal of peace of mind for us.

Good value (compared well with others for the cover required), easy to set up online. I had no need to contact customer support and did not have to make a claim but am very happy with the arrangements.

I thought the policy was good value and knowing I was protected if something had gone wrong made me feel more at ease. The policy was easy to set up and was all in plain easy to understand format. I did contact customer support and the lady was very helpful and I received the letter she said she would send out straight away. Good customer service.

One easy phone call was all it took to arrange insurance which proved to be the cheapest with the level off coverage that I required. The operator staff were helpful and easy to deal with and had good product knowledge.
