Left of the package outside in the driveway
The driver didn't knock on my door or ring my bell. I only happen to go outside because I heard my dog bark, when I got outside the truck was down the driveway and he left my parcel on the outside of my fence in the driveway, this was a 22 kilo parcel! I'm 60 year old woman, he saw me struggle with it but didn't offer to come back.t There's a sign on the gate that says it's unlocked leave all deliveries by the door, obviously he doesn't understand English. I tried to upload photo but it doesn't work.

I got a message saying that they would deliver the parcel today, but no time was given. When I called them to ask at what time they said from 1 to 3. They delivered at 10 to 12. When I called to ask what happened at some stage the customer service rep put me on hold without even telling me.

Ordered a standup desk on the 23rd of November, was told delivery would be the 28th of November - didn't arrive. Then told would deliver by the 1st of December, disappointing but ok - didn't arrive. Then told will be delivered 2nd of December - didn't arrive. Now told it wont arrive until the 5th of December - Yet to see if they'll make it. Absolutely useless.

I have had a few packages come to my house and there is nothing worse then the drivers leave the parcel at the front door, then go to the footpath, wait for me to open the front door and then take a photo of me retrieving my parcel.
I would have thought the driver taking a photo of the parcel left at front door would be sufficient, but since when are they allowed to take a photo of us as well?
What if we have kids open the door and take the parcel?
Surely we wouldn’t be ok that the driver is taking photos of our children?
Refer to the attached photo and you’ll see him standing there taking a photo of me.

Delivered but left under stairs when asked to be left on front verandah
Had a dishwasher delivered but instead of taking it up to front verandah was left in plain view under front stairs. Luckily I had a trolley to take it upstairs though was a 'fun' time getting it upstairs by myself.

gave them a call to see what’s happening, they kept transferring my call to the next person then i got hung up on in the midst of waiting on hold for the next person. called back and it was similar deal, putting the blame on the next person. on their site and big w it says it’s due today. when i go to fill out an enquiry it’s saying it’s due tomorrow. you’d be better off shipping with aus post. even with covid delays it would probably arrive faster and have more reliable tracking. there’s a huge lack of communication.
update: it did arrive, late. their communication and tracking isn’t very good. if you’re purchasing from big w just go with express aus post, communication is easier and tracking is typically very good
Thougthless
2 business packages were delivered today by Allied Express for my husband from Voltex and where did the driver dump them? Right in the middle of the bridge/front pavement for anyone from the road to see and possibly pilpher, instead of two paces away on the front porch under the "deliveries here" signage as directed on the delivery instructions!!

Allied Express have sent me an SMS marketing a finders fee for roles they have. I can't opt out as I need updates on deliveries. This is an inappropriate use of my details that I've provided for a specific purpose. Still giving them 2 stars as I've had to issue with deliveries but this is really not a very good way to treat customers.

Slow delivery
Really slow delivery. I had to call the provider because it was sitting in the depot for 10 days. Paid $40 for delivery and expect more. Next time I'll just go to my local store. Save the hassle.

This organisation seems to be a patchwork of contractors, resulting in a complete mess at peak times. As of this moment, I’m waiting on a $4000 guitar and it has been 16 days. The tracking is bizarre, with the thing bouncing between depots and back again. The customer service can’t tell you anything as all they have is the same tracking as you. It’s truly awful. I expect it to arrive damage at this point.
I’ve used this company a half dozen or so times, and the other times they have been speedy and good. Just AVOID THEM AT PEAK TIMES LIKE CHRISTMAS. Use an established courier like StarTrack or TNT.

They gave me zero days notice that my delivery was coming so there was no way I could have planned to be home to receive it. The website that they directed me to to try and rebook my delivery also didn't work. The person I spoke to about it was lovely, but it was an extremely frustrating experience.

Not impressed.
Tracking system is poor and some information regarding consignment is incorrect. Online chat for help is hit or miss affair. Two parcels sent together arrived three days apart, no wonder customers give bad reviews.

Terrible customer service. Incorrect estimated delivery dates. Online enquiry form was automated and after package didn't arrive on the date they said it would it responded that it will be delivered at some stage in the next three days. Ended up taking 8 days to get from Melbourne to Hobart. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the local driver was super friendly.

Poor customer service, can only give an entire day delivery window, but don’t tell you it’s due for delivery until the same day. Driver didn’t leave missed delivery card. Customer service rep hung up on me before answering all my questions. Limited rebooking options.
