Great service from a Call Centre in Australia answered within three (yes 3!) minutes by Australians. Prompt and efficient. Helpful and informative. Now that's what I call good customer service.

Great internet for all our family!!!
We have 3-4 devices going at once with our family and have never had an issue. Great speed and have never had an outage. Great service and easy to use App. All required maintenance seems to be done overnight so it doesn't affect us but we are always well notified before hand.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Their service is terrible and so is their customer service
This pic is a good indication of what we've been getting consistently low. Lots of drop outs. And no, it's not the NBN setup.
The company did not admit to any responsibility whatsoever.

cess of going live where you are? I personally had many many dropouts in the lead up to nbn and our ADSL slowed to the point that webpages did not load. Eventually, the internet stopped working altogether. It turned out that our line had been accidentally crimped when they were prepping the street for nbn. If nbn is already live in your area, then I recommend switching to nbn so we can get nbn technicians out to investigate. Also, if you have more than 1 phone point in your home, I recommend getting a licenced cabler/electrician out to the home to remove the extra points to streamline the service and stop dropouts. If you have a fault reference number from our team, we will investigate your issues further. Cheers, Mel

The best carrier I have ever used.
I have been with Aussie for over two years & have had very few dropouts. When I have Aussie has sent me a text saying they are aware of the problem & it will be fixed ASAP & they have been. I find the service very reliable & dealing with the company is a breeze. A big plus is all contact is with Australians who speak Australian.

Fantastic !
Very reliable, fast, never dropped out so far . No issues at all to deal with. From the first minute of installation it has been extremely good . Also impressed with their communication to their customer and their ongoing good work for further improvements .

So Easy!!!!
I have had no major problems since joining Aussie. One minor problem was corrected immediately. It was so good to speak to someone in Australia who was very easy to communicate with. Problem fixed immediately.

Best internet company I ever used with the bonus of all Australian operators with fluent English, yay!
Excellent service with an easy sign up and move over policy. All Aussie operators which especially helps when speaking with technical support. Efficient and well communicated customer services with the bonus of supporting the Australian workforce.

Internet Service
It is great we don't have that much problem regarding the connection. Sometimes we experience a slow internet/nothing at all.
We are happy the services and they are honest, local people to talk too and very-very helpful to us if we have some issues. We thankful the Aussiebb keep the good job mate.

to slow
often drop out, was ok a couple of years ago when i first started with them but got slower and slower, complained three times 2022 but no good, the last tec i got a women told me the problem was my computer was to old, what rubbish my computer has had a major refurbish and is loaded up with good gear, now with tangerine and the speeds are amazing .

Appalling Service
No internet for 2 days
No communication re notice of outage
My phone call 32nd in line before being answered
Asked to speak to senior manager when call finally answered. Told no one available but request would be given a high priority. Still waiting

Great Aussie service

Don’t Believe The Hype - Stay Away!!!
Easily the worst NBN telco provider I have EVER used. Wanted to cancel as hadn’t been over 2 weeks with no activation upon signing. Eventually cancel and then they charge me a months fee (after cancellation). Said no pro rata refund as I should have asked for that on the cancellation call. Who does that?? AussieF*******Broadband is who!!

Fast and great customer service
The Aussie broadband is actually very good it provides fast speeds for adsl i had one problem with the internet and they fixed the internet it now time i love this provider will never swap

Don’t do it !!
When we signed up with Aussie broad band about a year everything was good, now either we have no internet, slow internet, internet drops in and out, a number of people keep ringing up with the issues and they keep saying they have a team working on it, even myself I have rand asking for accounts to ring me as we are all paying full price for a service we are not receiving, you get told we can't get through we will get someone to call you back and no one does, the service is rubbish after 6 months, if I could get another provider I would defiantly Change
