No issues at all with Aussie. Fantastic customer service and communication when we first signed up, and since. Any dropouts we've had have been NBN issues. Very happy with Aussie!

From signing up, to delivery and connection I have been pleasantly surprised by the friendly, professional and prompt service I received. Aussie staff are very helpful and explain things in a way that technologicaly challenged people can understand! I’ve never had such reliable and speedy internet before and I can honestly say that I’ve never received service at this level from any other service provider.

Internet has dropped out a couple of times, usually after NBN have been servicing in the area.
Wait times for support have usually been short.
Support has been excellent, considerate of my lack of knowledge and patient with me.

After being with another major provider for many years Aussie Broadband wins hands down. The service is 10 out of 10. Always helpful when I was changing over from previous provider. Saved myself hundreds of dollars each month. Wish I had come across months ago.

After years of no mobile phone or internet service to finally have both is amazing. Thanks to Aussie Broadband ive finally caught up to the rest of the world. Great service lets me know if there is an outage which is rare and tells me when its fixed usually within the hour. Will def recommend

Finally a telecommunications company that seriously rock!

I've signed up with Aussie BroadBand, and I'm soooooo happy that I did. Got rid of 3 awful companies prior to that (including the one that the wonderful John Howard Govt. privatised in the 90's which promised to be incredibly efficient leaving it to the private sector - how's that working for us? Anyway I digress)

Finally I can speak to pleasant, informed, helpful, happy and locally-based support that actually care. Every one was a delight to deal with!

Unlike the other 3 companies before them, things actually got done and was informed all of the way. Little wait time, and the option to have them ring me back at a later time.

I will be a customer forever.

Since signing up one internet drop out however after reading instructions I was reconnected within minutes. Affordable service. I’m on a pension and my last provider cost twice as much for same service compared to Aussie Broadband.

Top speeds, top service

I just switched to Aussie Broadband and I simply could not be more thrilled that I did. After a year of slow speeds and constant (seemingly) dropouts from my previous provider, I almost can't believe how fast my connection is now.
To echo other comments here - the customer service is outstanding. Hardly any wait time on the phone, warm and friendly local staff on the other end....it's a revelation! Sammy, who talked me through the initial connection (using my own modem) could not have been more patient, and efficient.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
