We were needing guidance around 'comfort and support'. I kept opting for the beds offering 'comfort with a pillow top. My husband, Mike, was happy to agree to anything!! Chose Beds4 Backs for the new King size mattress & base for our new home. Rick Morris went out of his way to meet our needs re support/ budget/ heat/ partner disturbance. He also adjusted our existing pillows successfully so that we didn't need to incur the cost of new pillows and also visited our home at no charge when we requested higher feet for the bed. The bed is very comfortable & supportive/partner disturbance minimal and we are sleeping well. Very happy with our purchase choice.

We bought a Polaris mattress 9 years ago and Rick Morris volunteered to come to our house to look at it to see whether it needed a makeover or a replacement. He turned the mattress over, adjusted the slides and suggested removing a slat and suggested we buy a couple of bolsters. All as good as new he said.He also gave us good advice about choosing pillows on the basis what they need to do rather than their price. All part of the service Rick said.

My name is Rowland and we bought our mattress at Beds for Backs about 6 months ago. I have a disability and experience chronic pain. Rick was helpful to a fault providing options for the mattress and help at home setting things up for me. After some trial and error we chose a full latex mattress which was best for me. I would like to thank Rick and Beds for Backs again and would recommend them to anyone looking for the mattress the best mattress, no matter what problems you may experience.

Rick Morris, our Consultant, was terrific in coming out and setting the kit up for us and also in his explanation of how the kit works. He was so helpful. The first two nights for me were not great but we were able to follow what Rick had told us and my husband made a couple of adjustments on my side of the bed which has resulted in the best and most comfortable sleep I have had in ages. It is now 3 months since we had this kit installed and we love it.

I visited the Nunawading store about 3 months ago to purchase a new mattress. I had done a lot of research on different mattress types beforehand and had gone to many other stores. I tried Bed for Backs after seeing a tv ad, and dealt with Rick instore. He was absolutely fantastic in his product knowledge and customer service and gave me all of the details I needed to make an informed decision without being pushy.

I was back the next day to purchase, received my new bed within the estimated delivery time, and haven't had a single regret since. Most comfortable mattress I tried, with perfect support and cushioning. The only hard part now is leaving bed of a morning!

Above King bed bought 2009. Initial installation was fine. Since then body changes & back issues have necessitated in contacting Bed4Backs regarding adjusting mattress. Rick Morris has been wonderful in following up any necessary adjustments at no extra charge. His care and attention to one's needs is marvellous & one never feels that one is an imposition. After pointing out a manufacturing fault, Beds for backs replaced our 6 year old mattress for free! I wasn't expecting that! Very happy.
