Terrible Service
I ordered a bed with a trundle, was advised bed was coming. No bed, no contact. Second time I was told bed was coming, no bed no contact. By this time I ended up talking to someone in the office who didn't know what had happened and apparently didn't care too much. Repeat this about 3 more times, until finally the bed arrived. Had purchased from them in the past and they were good, but now I really can do without the absolute frustration of nobody knowing anything about my order. If I wanted that, there is a number of Telcos I could probably ring!

Poor Service. What a run around!
I ordered a king bed suite online at the end of July. I paid $1000 upfront and the rest via telephone the very next day. I was told it could take up to 3 weeks for the bed to be delivered. What I wasn't told, was that each part of the suite comes from different suppliers so It would be done in multiple deliveries.
A few weeks later I finally received a call advising of the delivery for the 2 bedside tables and when the men showed up to deliver it they requested $400 even though I had made the payment 2 weeks prior. I had to log in to my onl

As we were unpacking the bedside tables one of them turned out to be the wrong colour. It took me WEEKS! to rectify this. I kept receiving promises from the company that someone would call but nobody ever did. In between these promises, I would receive automated emails telling me they havent' heard from me in a while so my case would be closed. Each time I had to email back and advise them I STILL had not received my call. As it was now 5-6 weeks after the original order date, we had moved into a new home. Luckily, I knew the new owners of our old place and they agreed the delivery could still be made there. Can't imagine how much rigmarole it would have been to also change the address. I made the purchase over the phone. I needed help choosing which mattress to buy for my toddler and the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful. We chose one, he honoured the online discount code and I purchased online. He said deliver would be 10-12 working days and it came after 7 I think. Was very very happy with the service, price and delivery times and would recommend them for future.

Appalling customer service
Purchased a bed instore. Was told that the full amount had to be paid for the order to be placed. Placed order and paid with delivery day to be Thursday. No delivery made Thursday so ring to enquire to be told my order had not even been placed. No one could answer why this had happened even though the worker who took my order was the person I was talking to onthe phone.
I was assured the order had now been placed and new delivery time frame was the following week. Again no bed is delivered the following week. No c

I made a purchase online for a bed base. The estimated delivery time was 10-12 working days. However I didn't receive anything or a phone call/ email to say why there was a delay. It has now been 4 weeks since the purchase and still nothing! I have made many phone calls to see what is happening but each time there is no definite date. They promise to call me back with more information and don't call back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE and never buying from here again.

Last week I had 2 king single Avioli beds delivered for my teenagers.
I ordered them through the Best Price Furniture Warehouse in Manly Vale, named 'Jack' bed in store.
The quality of the beds and the look of them is amazing. We absolutely love them... the workmanship and the finished product is so beautiful - I couldn't be happier.

It has take 4 attempts 50 phone calls and 2 months to complete my order of 3 beds and 1 base.
1 the promised delivery date didn't happen because the warehouse had no order.
2 the revised delivery date went to the wrong address.
3 the third delivery was of temporary mattresses as our order was in full filled as the wrong truck was sent.
4 the third delivery only delivered part of the order.
4 the4th delivery was of a spare mattress.
5 the 5th delivery was of a spare mattress only.
6 the 6th delivery took 3 weeks and repeated errors of delivery address and wrong truck size.
If it wasn't so annoying it would make a great sit com.

Pretty bloody good. They were out of stock of the Queen size for a few months, so I bided my time. When they became available, the price had gone up, but they honoured the previous price. The mattress was delivered within a week, and the delivery guys were super polite. Now sleeping on the bed, and it is firm, just the way I want it. It's great in winter, keeping us warm. Hope it is just as good in Summer!

They told me my order will be delivered after one month, then the sales called me before the delivery day and said the order is not available. After one month, they said only the frame is available, but they cancel the delivery again coz the frame is not actually in stock!
so after 2 months, we got nothing!

Customer service says we ordered on 11 August when in fact it was done on 31 July.
They can't say an eta, just that manufacturing takes 3-7 weeks.

The order number was provided in my previous message but for your convenience I'll provide it again. 127807. There is also a photo attached showing that we ordered on 31 July not 11 august as is wrongly input in your system.
To Beds online credit since making this complaint they have delivered the bed ensemble and it is in good order today. However management should take note that for future customers that it should not take negative feedback to get the ball rolling.
Avoid at all costs
This company has no integrity at all. I completely agree with all the one star reviews I saw below. I bought a bed frame in June through their Weatherill Park showroom.
Promises:
1. Bed frame will be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
2. Bed will be delivered AND assembled.
3. Customer service: "we will give you a call back"
4. Customer service: "Your bed frame will be delivered on Saturday"
Fact:
1. No sight of it within the specified time frame. Customer service has the audacity to tell me that the normal manufacturing time is 10 to 14 weeks.

I ordered a bed frame from BEDONLINES and was told it would only take 7-10 days, It ended up taking 2 months and that was just to pick it up from their warehouse!! When I called the service team not only were they rude but continuously kept lying to me on the date of delivery so that I wouldn't ask for a refund. I will definitely purchase elsewhere in the future.

The purchase was made online and I had great correspondence before and during delivery.
When the bed was delivered it was also assembled by the technicians which was a very pleasant surprise.

I ordered and paid for a bed, mattress and accessories from this website over a month ago and it still has not arrived. I have had no email or phone call from the company to say if / when my order will be delivered. I contacted their customer service by email and I received a reply that said that because of the high number of emails received they couldn't even respond to my email! This company is a scam website. I will be contacting fair trading to report this company and try to get my money back.

At the time of purchase, I was advised that it would take 7-12 business days to arrive. It ended up taking 18 (a total of 25 calendar days).
When arranging delivery, they weren't able to give me a delivery window until I committed to a particular date (i.e. take the whole day off).
The delivery time I was given was an afternoon slot, with an estimated time after 3pm.
The bed ended up arriving at 9:30am.
If you can deal with a long time between purchase and delivery, and can take a whole day off to wait for the delivery (regardless of the actual delivery window they give you), then I guess they're ok.

I purchased online and had a problem as the mattress was mistakenly sent to the wrong place. Bedsonline rectified the problem quickly and professionally. They checked up on me regularly to see that everything was ok. I now have the bed and my son is sleeping soundly.

My wife and I bought two Queen ensembles for our new house. We were extremely happy with that purchase so when my parents needed a Queen ensemble for their house we didn't hesitate in going to Beds Online again. I must admit we did do a bit of retail research prior to placing our order. However, nothing we saw or tried could match Beds Online regarding price or, in most cases, quality. My parent's bed has been delivered and they could not be happier. The whole process, whether it was buying our beds or my parent's bed, was extremely easy and professional. We are considering purchasing another ensemble for a spare bedroom we have and would not hesitate in going back to Beds Online.

Purchased a wheat bed base on line, but a a grey bed base was accidentally delivered. Advised them of this by email, and they told me an exchange would be made with a wheat base. It was delivered in 3 weeks. I was fine with this service. They will take care of your needs if you email them, however it may take some time. You just need to be patient !

We ordered our bed over the phone and were told it would be delivered with the trundle in 6-8 weeks. At 10
Weeks we receive an email (no phone call) to tell us trundle got destroyed in transit between making it & the warehouse and it would take another 8-10 weeks to make. We demanded that they send our bed without the trundle as they assured us it was in the warehouse and in stock. 3 weeks after the constant phone calls and we still haven't received the bed, tracking details or have any further explanation. You can only speak to the one person who processed your order, no one else can help you, they hang up on you, refuse to take calls and have not provided any update even after me calling their office 5 times in the lash three weeks.

Had bought a King size ensemble from Beds Online before, hence back to buy another one when needed.
Process was straight forward, delivery was a little longer than one had hoped but all good. Friendly, helpful delivery staff.

I purchased my son's ensemble which is $940 - base and mattress on 3 of Aug in 2017. I had not received any message after 2 weeks, i have to call customer service.. I will take three weeks for delivery. Sales woman told me that delivery would be 7 days to 10 days. But since two weeks later, i have not get any call from bed online. I must call customer service, service organised the delivery date while i talk on the phone. Terrible!!

I purchased the product online after falling for the free delivery. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks & when I called I was told they would need to ring the supplier and call me back, they didn't call back.

Love my new bed and impressed that it was assembled for me!
I recently purchased a white iron queen sized bed. It's lovely and exactly as shown in the photos. It's also very sturdy and good value.
It did take quite a while to come (about 6 weeks I think), however it was worth the wait.
Unexpectedly the people delivering the bed also assembled it (I thought I'd need to do the assembly myself). They did a great job. Very happy.
