Ryan was wonderfully helpful in buying a mattress. So very happy at how easy it was to buy a mattress for my mum

Extremely satisfied with service and range of products offered. The knowledge shown by Tony was amazing he showed us all options not just the most expensive. The way the store is displayed is immaculate. All the staff were very friendly. They are able to cover all the needs of sleep from Mattress’s to coverings and also pillows we left with the full package can’t wait to sleep on our new Matress and pillows.

New mattress extremely uncomfortable, didn't sleep from very first night, tried it for 2 more nights, still sleeping terribly and waking up with back pain each morning (I don't have a back problem). Tried to return it, but they would only do so if we spent another $379, nearly the price of the original mattress. Was also told to jump all over the mattress to reduce firmness. Just don't go there.

Bought mattress so much help, great advice and the price was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff . Highly Recommended any day

Ryan found the equivalent mattress that my Mum has in an older model within an hour of him returning my call, he had it all sorted.. Fabulous service at the Bedshed Aspley store lots of time & patience spent with a big decision on new style of mattress & am now awaiting our new adjustable Tempur mattress with great anticipation. What a mattress you just feel like you are floating & for someone with back & shoulder problems don't think you can go past these mattresses. Thanks again

We bought mattresses for the whole family and the staff were super helpful, organising delivery immediately and the mattresses are exactly what we needed! We highly recommend this store if you are looking for excellent service and products.

Excellent service, fast delivery and the comfiest mattress I have slept on in years! We weren't rushed into a decision as you might experience in other places, and Tony and Stacey were very patient and knowledgeable about their products. We are super happy!

UPDATE: The Manager, Tony, contacted us promptly to organise getting a whole new bed fast tracked in less than a week. He was professional and exceedingly apologetic, and has appropriately compensated us for our stress and inconvenience. We are as happy as we could be with his solution, given the situation at hand.

Purchased a customised bed in early July. When delivered, the bedbase was wrong. Bedshed admitted fault and ordered another base.

After several weeks spent chasing it up (they offered 2 pillows in compensation) a new b...

Fabulous service from Tony and Stacey, they took the headache out of looking for the perfect mattress. Great advice and assistance with my selection I had not bought a mattress for years so tried a few different styles and brands to find the one. I had it delivered within days and the old one taken away could not have asked for more it is a dream to sleep on so comfortable. Highly recommend the team at Bedshed Aspley.

Great service! For our first mattress buy, myself and my partner went in without any idea and were shown a wide range of options, asked what we were looking for and found the perfect mattress and given realistic information on price range and value. Very happy !

The service provided at Aspley store in Brisbane was GREAT! We went back to the store 3 times and Shane was ALWAYS providing his best quality of customer service. We had an specialist talking to us about mattresses and back injuries and also the manager did his best to organise a delivery in a couple of days even they were booked already! Well done team! We first delt with Ryan who was very helpful and professional. Then passed onto tony who was amazing listened to what we were looking for and explained about the bed we wanted and why the bed was good.
Great people to deal with and would happily recommend them to everyone.
