Don't Buy A Car From Here
I recently went to Melbourne BMW to buy a BMW X3. I had made an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to see the sales consultant. I was told that they had limited stock so I made an offer to buy a car they had in stock, the Sales Manager, who thinks he is Jeff Bezos rejected my offer. I asked for them to give me a price, his manager refused to give me a price so I left and bought a car from another dealer.

Autoclassic Service - Victoria Park
Arrogant, rude and couldn't give a stuff about their customers. Can't be bothered to return phone calls. Left my car on the street until at least 10.30am on a service day, I got a parking ticket which they then removed and didn't bother to tell me.
Also, didn't find the fault after 2 days.
Previously when the car went in for a new headlight they ordered the wrong one and didn't bother to let me know when the new one had arrived.
Just a disgrace. Worst service department in Perth.

Terrible service, ripping off owners
Timing chain of our X3 collapsed which is a verified product defect in this series. BMW blamed it on wear and tear and servicing which is not true at all in our case as we've always had our car regularly serviced and looked after the general wear and tear, since we purchased it from BMW Canterbury. They told us to pay $9000 to repair it. We have read in various forums that BMW cars with N47 engine do have this design defect. US. The car is piece of junk, undrivable and we have to spend thousands to get it fixed with no guarantee that the problem won't occur again. But they will not look after their Australian customers. Some Australian customers have received a compensation but we are not one of those lucky ones. While selling the sales staff are most pleasant but when it comes to repair issues they treat you like pennies. I have bought cars previously but the level of service in this occasion was brilliant. Salesman Ahmad Chaouk could not do enough for us he was helpful most pleasant and absolute pleasure dealing with him and other members of the BMW team.

Good Service BMW Mosman
One year ago I walked into Mosman BMW to buy a new BMW 1 series petrol. I spoke to Harry (Harrington Skeels) and he listened to my requirements. He suggested a 1 series Diesel which I had not considered. I didn't even want to take one for a test drive but Harry offered to do the driving and I said only if we can go up a steep hill. I have a thing about power going up steep hills as Mosman is full of them :).

rear brake disc damaged
what a fantastic onboard computer system BMW have got, NOT! rear brake had worn down to metal on metal, towed the car to Canterbury BMW to be told it was fair wear and tear. OH really i said what about the onboard computer to which they replied it is just a guide and not to be trusted.. thanks Canterbury BMW glad you stand behind your products, still the dealership has changed owners they have gone down hill. wouldn't trust them at all. i would question their company motto, "driving good relationships" pffft.

Most unpleasant buying experience ever
I was told I had finance approved on Sunday. On Monday I was told my daughter had to be on the loan. Then I was told that I needed to fill out more paperwork and that if I didn't they would take the car back. I told them to take the car back. I tried to contact them for a week about getting my car back. I was totally ignored. A week later they said I had the loan approved!! This was done with nothing extra from me. I was ignored and lied to.
I would not recommend anyone in the team at Alexandria.

Doncaster BMW terrible customer service
Dear BMW,
My husband and I dropped in to see the BMW range today. We are looking for comparisons between Mercedes, BMW and Volvo in the medium SUV models. We spent sometime looking inside the vehicles and reading the information provided on the stands outside the cars. We realise there is a great deal of information on the internet but sometimes it’s nice to be able to ask questions.

ome greeting, a friendly smile or an offer of assistance. No acknowledgement of our existence. Perhaps we were invisible? We enjoyed our visits to Mercedes and Volvo. Both dealerships were extremely busy but were still able to be friendly and helpful. We didn’t expect to test drive without an appointment on a Saturday but never the less expected to be valued. We have not made our decision yet and still intend finding out more about BMW but this will be at a different dealership. re responsibilities of treating the customer with respect. We took our car there for a leaking coolant hose and the car was returned to us damaged !!! Both [name removed] and [name removed] do not want to come to the party and fix the problem or damage done to the car while it was in there care ! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and blatant disrespect. Think how you would feel if you drop your pride and joy off in the morning and when you collect it in the afternoon it has been damaged and not in the condition you left it in ! Nothing short of a disgusting service!!!! Be warned these grubs and parasites use toxic acid to clean your car rims!!!! Complimentary wash they call it!!! This was about purchased experience. I was purchased the car in November 2017. It was promotion on this special vehicle as they have some stocks need to clear out, In my case, I don't mind the model a bit over. Please don't take your car near these guys. They seriously would try to not do the paint job properly so they become problematic down the track ... I believe it's the way they make money.

Terrible, No response to the emails
I cancelled my car sale contract with the BMW Melbourne south bank dealership upon finding that my sale contract does not align with the conditions provided in the sale ad. I was advised to get my token amount refund back in my credit cars. I have got no update on my refund status from dealership after I sent couple of emails to manager after 1 week of sale contract cancellation . I called the dealership reception was being told that one week time is too early to expect your refund back to you account . The second time I was being told that sale consultant would contact me to provide an update which did not happen either.
AVOID THE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just tried to purchase a vehicle from a dealer in W.A. Salesman said there was no problem and did 25 to 30 a week. I agreed verbally to use their finance quoted at 5.6 %
Sent a holding deposit in view of this and expected no problems (had not signed anything).
Told next day by salesman that he didnt know what was involved.in interstate transport. My reaction..????
Rings me Monday and says I need an address in WA I can use. Why? He then said "otherwise car is sent without rego"
Then changes story later that day and says plates stay on car and will be shipped rather.than trucked.
Now.says plates have to come off before sending again.
I ask for holding deposit back.
Agrees but now says they only bank one day a week and I have to wait 6 days?
Does anyone else feel like this is.odd?
Is this right concerning rego (my friend bought a car from Perth and it arrived with plates and rego, he only had to get a blue slip and transfer ownership within 7 working days)
And can I expect my holding deposit back.
