EASY, NO TROUBLE
I did my research before switching to Boost from Telstra. I called and they sent me the free sim card.
There was a glitch in trying to activate it, so I called customer service and we troubleshoot it together.
It was then activated very quickly.
So far so good. Had recommended a few people to Boost.

Poor set up
Trying to set up and apparently phone number is invalid. Tried contacting but pressing the number to go to correct department will not work. Very poor service to new customer.

Fast delivery Easy connection
I am not sure why people gave Boost so many negative reviews. I ordered $150 SIM card online, it arrived in 3 or 4 days, and I ported my number, it took 4 hours to get it full activated.
Don't have any problem since i activated. For me, Boost is valuable, reliable, and easy connection.

BOOST- Avoid like corona virus.
I,m 76, recovering from my third stroke now legally blind. purchased a BOOST unlimited prepaid sim for $150. Nothing but trouble. Calls going direct to message bank without ringing. Phone rings once then cuts off, goes to message bank.

Ease of activation! So Easy!
Coverage excellent for an area considered a black spot, excellent transition from previous provider, no complaints, definitely recommend. Boost was recommended by another happy customer, who advised that the reception was excellent.

Placed $240 sim order on 10/03/20 and still have not received tracking code. Worst service as at least they could have sent an email about the delay and expected date.

Inexpensive, good coverage
Best coverage where I live since it is Telstra.
Download speeds are excellent.
Outside metropolitan areas the Telstra network (which Boost uses) is the best.
I saw some of the negative reviews - they are neither fair nor accurate.

Trying to activate $150 SIM for 9 days
l have rang your company 4 times to asked help me activate my SIM, and they was told me they still need 1-2 days to complete the activation. It is the hassle, terrible and worst service!!! be careful of the online order, l order one $150 SIM the deliver was late near one month, now activate delay 9 days.
If you still can't complete my process, please return my money back to me.

I believed all these negative and terrible reviews about boost mobile are being paid by other telco company to influence negative impression to consumers.
I ordered online $150 SIM card expiry for 12 mos. It arrived in 6 days from date of order. if only i can give a negative star
order my SIMs on 23rd Feb, no sight of it after 2 times chatting online with them, being told constantly SIM out of stock, just wait. Tried the 3rd time being told they could not even find my order (then why would the first 2 time i was told to wait???). They are unable to issue the SIMs, hence, we agreed to cancel the previous order, and do a new one. Order new SIM on 15th Mar, no sight (Metro area for delivery) till now. Also previous order was NOT refunded. I had never had such terrible experience at all, words can't express how frustrated I am.

Waiting for Activation . Seems Telst dont look after prepaid customers i am not trying to port service again.
been on the phone to boost the past 7 days but no support. just pass the hat on to telstra porting service who managed to stuff it up and it seems my birth date was in account number how do you do this? Just want here you have been helpfull. Waste of $20. And do not blame the system maintenance.

Terrible customer service
Boost mobile has a group of not well trained call center staffs, rude and not well educated! They are not showing any care of their customer at all. Be careful of the online order, I order one $100 start kit, sending to my work place, but never received it or even tracking number email for two weeks. Call the customer service twice, they says it MAY send back due to not delivery successful, but they cannot help, cannot check why not delivered, and cannot say when it will be refunded. Ordered om 6/03/2020 had to chase up to be told they are out of SIM cards and that was the cause of the delay. I insisted I want to deal with Boost only as they are selling the product and they must chase it up, this went no where and was transferred to Telstra activation who told me the same story. Trying to activate $150 sim for past 5 days
I have bought a $150 sim and applied to port=in my number from optus on Thursday morning. With activation reference check it says delayed. After chatting with them 4 consecutive days and being told everytime that it will be active by the end of the day I called them today and customer care told me to recharge my optus sim and use that for now because they do not know when its going to be active. So in actual while reading the other comments too, my recommendation is to reconsider if you are planning to move to boost mobile. Its not worth the hassle and rude customer service.

The worst customer service ever
Beside the affordable price, I could not activate my sim card. Got referred to several stores, one of them telstra and they could not do anything about it. Contacted the live chat and call service, none of them could solve the issue. I ended up ask for refund and contacted them several times again, every customer service that I spoke to, ALWAYS give different information, looks like no consistency of information at all. Even the last customer service I called told me all of the information I recieved was the false information. Really wasting my time.

Exceptional Good value for money
I have been with them for last 9 month and don't have a single issue. Their network is good and always connected.
Their data and call allowance particularly inclusion of international call is what makes them special and above all other competitor.
I don't have issue with activating my SIM or transferring my mobile number to them within a day, so majority of feed about sim issue or data issue is nothing but lack of technical knowledge of those using those sims.

Stay away from this company
I bought 2 boost Sim cards for $300, and I was very happy with the delivery. But the trouble started after opening the sim card. I tried to activate the sim card and it did not happen, they had some problem with the Id that I supplied which was an international passport. I called them and they couldn't do it as well. I have been in Australia for 5 years now and they are the ones who have a problem with my passport, Unbelievable! Third attempt to activate a Sim after two fails
I'm on my third sir through the 24/7 app after two activations went idle. They tried to tell me the second time that it didn't go through because the chat went idle from my end. Lucky I emailed myself the transcripts and I can show that that is a complete lie. No real indication of why it failed.

Then i took the plunge and recharged $300.
A few weeks after the large recharge, the internet speed has been throttled down.

I am a new customer switched over last Sunday March 29th, still have no connection, can't make any calls or receive calls. Have been on livechat they just tell me it's coz of the virus.I have emailed them they said they will respond within 5 days or I can contact customer support, but I can't ring anyone. I finally got my service activated yesterday after requesting activation on Saturday 28 March. I ended up going through the Telstra call centre. I explained my situation and the telstra employee was able to directly transfer me through to a Boost rep and they activated it over the phone. If you can use someone else's phone to call Telstra that will be your best chance of resolving the problem.
Cheers...honestly I'm tired of the whole rigmarole, they should be working from home if the corona virus was a concern, sick of their excuses,extremely poor data speed, they dont even have the decency to repond to existing customers concerns, instead they duplicate every response,to me that explains what kind of company they are and their carefactor..I've got the s8 note so it's a good phone,no reason for crap data speed you were lucky too have jagged the Telstra rep.i wish you all the best!!!
