My build was amazing, quality and communication was great. Couldn’t be happier with how it all went and how it was managed. I’ve had a lot of compliments on the quality and given the high demand in the build industry at the moment i am more than impressed with the timing of it all.

Would really like to thank our site supervisor for the great job in handling our build. He was proactive on fixing issues and kept us up to date with progress. He was a real pleasure to deal with. During these COVID times it made things go a bit longer than usual but the supervisor was there all the way.

Everyone tells you your build experience will be determined by the quality of, and your relationship with your site supervisor. In our case this proved to be true, and we are very grateful to the two fine gentlemen who served as our site supervisors. The sales team was also great.

From start to finish, the build process has been well managed and communicated. My concerns were always listened to and addressed. I was particularly impressed with my building supervisor who went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I would recommend to include allowances for tiling, electrical and colour selection included in the original quote. I could have used an extra $2000 above what was recommended for each. Ill be doing that for my next build, and use Coral again!

From the time we walked in to the display homes we knew we were going to build with Coral Homes. The service we received was exceptional. This is the first home we have built and we were nervous as I work away a lot and my wife had to do most of the work. The guys from the display home through to all the appointments was fantastic. Our build was not without it's hiccups but thankfully nothing major. We started with the sales consultant [Name Removed] from North Harbour who was absolutely amazing to work with, he's a no gimmick honest and upfront person who actually gets back to you as well! Our SS (after Lee left) was [Name Removed] and my goodness I cannot put in to words how great he was to work with. [Name Removed] went above and beyond with everything, he is so personable and just a legend in general but he also takes pride in his work which can be hard to come across...

Our home build journey is not without issues but Coral has been very prompt in dealing with us. All people that we have came across with has become instrumental in achieving our dream house. The build is not perfect but we are so happy with it. The house is what we imagined it to be. [Name Removed] our site supervisor is the best ever. He is trustworthy and he made us feel that we are very well looked after. Since we have no idea how it is to build, he made us feel secured, all his actions are reassuring. We are so grateful to have him. We prayed hard for this build and it has been a blessing to have this house and met all these people in the process. Thank you Coral for making our dream come true.

Great experience from start to end. There were small delays every now and then, although that's understandable given the state of the industry. The best part of the journey was dealing with the site supervisor [Name Removed] who is not only a great guy but also a really accommodating and knowledgeable professional.

Coral Homes were great to work with for my first build. The plans they offered were well designed, they accommodated the changes to the floor plans for very reasonable variations to the price. With the designer and appliance upgrades the finish of the house looks above standard quality.

Our pre-site experience was stressful and unpleasant, with emails not being responded to in a timely manner, calls not being returned, etc. We never had this experience when we first built back in Darwin. But when we reached the build stage, we were allocated a site supervisor who was very responsive and helpful, never missed a single weekly update, and delivered a beautiful house within the contract period despite shortages in supplies and tradesmen. We are now living in our new home (Northern Gold Coast) and we haven't noticed any significant issues yet.

the admin stage was a nightmare find out later lot of facts I believe should be told at the very beginning and chasing paper work from Beaumont and Clipsal which I was hoping coral admin will do better but probably to busy, once we move to building stage few delay but nothing major mainly due to weather and supply SS was on top of it [Names Removed] did a awesome job and rectify stuff we or our inspector didn’t saw, the quality of the as is outstanding.
Dealing with issue admin stage 1/10, building stage 10/10
Cost, spend little bit more than expected at our colour and Clipsal it will have been good that at our first contact with coral have told us on some of the cost to allow some budget for it at the start of the finance process

Week 30, two weeks outside of contract. Requesting a timeline to completion for 4 weeks, nothing.

This company doesn't care about the client or the product they produce. They break contracts, simply do not produce a home worthy of your money. Issues noted for months ignored, communication non-existent, damages without rectification.

Updated review following Coral's provision of support and remediation to address my concerns.

Handover of my 21.5 sq house in Collingwood Park, Qld, occurred on 6 July 2021 (week 33 of my construction phase). While this was longer than I expected it to occur following the practical completion walkthrough on 13 May, I was pleased to take possession of my beautiful house. Is the house perfect? We are quite pleased with our Coral Homes residence and the overall service provided by the logistics team. We adjusted the original plan with many individual tweaks and enhancements, all of which was met by the construction team. We have been provided with a unique and individual home and are pleased with the end result.

We only had a problem with Tiles appointment with Beaumont Tiles, we don't feel satisfied still but there was nothing special of choosing elegance this is what we found. We would have better off with designer.
