Condescending sales rep Tony
I decided to switch back to my previous provider and all was fine after to speaking with a lady from CovaU.
Today I received a call from Tony with CovaU energy.
I proceeded to explain that I had already cancelled my gas and power and had a cancellation number.
He told me that the gas was still with CovaU and my cancellation number didn't apply to the gas even though I cancelled both on same day and was told by representative that both were cancelled and then given the cancellation number.

g this same issue he wanted to confirm my decision to cancel the gas. I said yes and asked for a cancellation number. He replied so condescendingly by telling me that for the fourth time there is no cancellation number given if the company already supplies your gas. The previous rep confirmed and gave a cancellation number without issue. Anyway I am so glad I decided to cancel. Reconnect electricity service
First and foremost, one star for covau and five star for [name removed]. The whole experience was hilarious. We received our final bill on mar 2 saying because we were moving out, which it was not true. We emailed back straightaway to [name removed] that we didn't request disconnection but got no reply. Therefore an electrician came on Mar 10 and disconnected our service for half a day. You know what I found interesting is, the policy requires only the registered contact can make a connection request while our service was requested to be disconnected by someone who wasn't the registered pic, as per their record.
