Great improvement
I had internet service with another company before but had a really terrible service, it kept dropping out several times a day so I changed to DCSI and changed my modem to one from them and I have never had a dropout yet, it's fantastic. I would recommend them everytime.

Outstanding personal service
DCSI has been my ISP from the early days of dial-up, through ADSL and now through the NBN. Where the internet is involved, DCSI is "head and shoulders" above the rest.

Consistent service, great customer/technical support
I have been with DCSI since September 2018. To start with, sign up process was straightforward and their plans were well defined. Activation was on time for the selected date. Planned downtimes were well managed with email communications. Over the last 13 months, I have not experienced prolonged outages. I'm on 100/40 speed tier and peak time speeds have been pretty decent.

It's never been so effortless.
Connected on the Opticomm network as they were offering a better price point than my current provider. I've worked in the telecommunications industry for 6 years and have never had a sign up phone call as quick and as seamless as it was with DCSI. I submitted a sales query online and received a phone call in 24 hours. The phone call from start to finish was 9 minutes and 16 seconds and all key points were touched on (usage, availability, peak period performance etc.). The sales person Leigh was fantastic and as they use a ticket system that links open tickets to your accounts it's easy to follow and get updates from the DCSI team. I was online within 3 business days and communication was clear and concise the whole way.

The Best and fastest i have ever had.
Great easy set up only to a day to get up and running and top speed i have Fiber opit with opticomm and get 92mps all day love it.
Also their support is great as well very happy with it highly recommend.

Best fibre connection I've ever had
I have been with them for 1.5 months. So far it has been stable and speed tests never went lower than 90mbps for my 100/40 connection. Overall better than the Exetel connection I had before despite being $10 cheaper.

Fast, Easy, Helpful staff
I called on Monday, got connected on Wednesday, modem arrived on Friday. Called on Saturday for help on setting up the modem. Everything was smooth and most importantly their staff is so helpful. I got the $60/month 1TB one and have no issues with connection / speed / reliability. I will recommend DCSI to anyone with Opticomm connection.

Best internet I’ve ever had
After getting constant dropouts with my old provider on NBN, changed to DCSI fixed wireless and never had a problem since. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Would recommend the change to any one

Excellent ISP
We signed up to DCSI after Aussie Broadband turned into a Lemon for Perth connections. International traffic is much faster, gaming latency is better, and our ping to Perth alone dropped from 24 to 10ms.
The support staff were friendly the one time I contacted them to find out about an NBN visit, and billing were quick and efficient during signup and when helping us update our payment details.
Routing to Europe is better than both Aussie Broadband and Superloop, both for latency and bandwidth/speed.
Aussie Broadband lets you view CVC graphs, which for me only confirmed congestion experienced. DCSI shows no sign of congestion, but if there was the latency for gaming has never been impacted in the slightest.

Excellent Speed and Service
Contacted them online and they call me next day to confirm about my order and inform me that in 3 days, I will get connected and after 3 days got email to confirm the connection and everything is history. Excellent and fast service. Value for money too if you know your monthly usage as they don't have unlimited usage

Very poor customer service. The person l spoke to said they were sending a modem to my address in WA but 2 days later nothing has been done. Frustrating and a waste of time.

Best ISP in Australia
Pay $60 p/m for a 50/20 FTTP 1,000 GB download and its always connected with max speed even at peak usage times. Local Australian support that can actually help you rather than pass the buck. Don't waste your time and money with any other ISP.

Best ISP I Have Had
Writing this review after experiencing great service when i had issues with my data usage.
In terms of reliability we have never had a disconnection. Unfortunately on the 100/40 plan at 6pm weekdays it does sometimes slow down to 40/20 but i hear its the same with all ISP's in this estate.
This month i went over our limit so upgraded plans, it took effect immediately. Unfortunately i then accidentally went over that limit. I contacted DCSI and they happily upgraded my plan a second time. From opening to resolving the ticket took 3 minutes.
When i moved house i didnt want to leave Telstra but now i dont think i would go back. The cost is so much better for the same reliability and great customer service.

Great Product with great price
I switched to DCSI few months ago and since then i am getting great speed of the internet also their customer service response is very quick. If i have any issue all i have to do is just sent an email and they call you back within a day and help you in all sort to rectify the issue. Definitely big thumbs up and recommended.

100% fine and perfect
I switched to DCSI ta few months ago, and i have had no trouble at all an the service has been 100% perfect all day and all night. no slow downs or of the connection going dead at any time of day. I would certainly highly recommend this provider to anyone who needs something solid and exellent no matter what.

Great pricing, average support
I signed up to DCSI and things were okay for the first couple of months, then i developed a PPPoE connection issue. After two months DCSI barely responded to my tickets so I had to churn away. No issues with new ISP.
Prices are great and I do have a friend with them that have no issues.
IPv6 is also a positive for nerdy types.

Good service and customer support
We have used DCSI as our NBN provider for a few years now, firstly with a fixed wireless service, and now a standard home service at a new address. While their plans may be a bit more expensive than some others available, the customer service is of great value- I am not very good with computer stuff, and they have successfully talked me through any connection and setup issues I have.

A very quick service provided by DCSI... I'm Impressed
I signed up with DCSI yesterday afternoon @ 3 PM and had internet connection up and running @ 5 PM. Have never seen any ISP connecting so quickly. Made my day :)

Couldn't be better on day 1
Ordered at 12:00pm, connection completed at 6pm. Churning from another NBN provider on FTTP connection. NBN configured port 2 on the box and all was up and running straight away.
Only issue is I had to chase DCSI for the username and password. This should be sent at the time of ordering the service with NBN rather than the customer having to chase it up after the job is "closed".
Entertainment plan (50/20 speed, 1TB data, $60), getting 47mb down at 9:30pm at night. Pretty great DCSI!

Very good service! Strong evening speed
Like the other reviewers we also have have Fiber to the home via Opticomm at Woolloongabba Brisbane. We chose the highest speed tier (100/40) with 2TB of data, in the competition the price is acceptable. Don't be fooled by the limited data, in a 4 people household like us with over 10 internet devices there is more than enought. The speed is excellent throughout the day even in evening peak hours. My boys have no complaints in LOL online gaming while the 1080p Worldcup streaming to the living room TV. See for your self (speedtest.net/result/7474158695). 5/5 will go with them again if I move house.
