QLD, LoganI was bought 2 whole bed set for my bedroom, the 3D material mattress is amazing! I never saw this material mattress in other shop, it's very firm and comfortable. The sales consultant is very professional and give a lot of suggestions on my sleep gesture. It helped me a lot and save my bad sleeping time. I like DeRucci, and recommend all the people come to buy the bed, although it is expensive, but it worth it!

Helpful staff and nice furniture
QLD, BundallI bought a sofa set and a coffee table from bundall store in Jan 2020, the staff was very nice and helpfull. They went above and beyond with their service, very patient with helping me to choose color and arranging delivery. There's no doubt about the quality of the product, you do get what you pay for. the furniture is beautifully designed, good leather, solid timber. Excellent shopping experience.

The brand was been told by my friend, and we heading to their store in Logan.
Frankly guys, I absolutely has no idea about the texture of a lounge ATM! The staff helped me a lot, very patient to explain me how a good lounge should chosen with.
I ordered a grey lounge at end, cant wait to see it ASAP.
I have to mentioned that during the shopping time, another lady looked after my 2 little ones, much appreciated.
Beware! Looks astonishing but terrible finishing
VICWhen we walked into the store, we were wowed by the product range. However, once we assembled the console table, it was wobbly! Only 4/8 screws went into the rivets provided. Not only this, we purchased a candle stand to sit atop the console table, which too is not aligned correctly and is wobbly! Clearly disappointed and now relieved that we dint order a bed frame we loved on sight!

Waited 3 months for our custom made 4.5k dining table and was told it won't be ready for another 4 weeks (but only after I called to ask). On delivery day was not given a time range, other than from 10-5.30pm. Called at 5 and was given an inactive number for the driver. Finally received a call from driver to say we would be the last job for the day and it will take them another 2 hours to arrive! Absolutely disappointed given the price we paid!

Bad delivery service
De RucciPurchase thousands of money on De Rucci. 2x Sofa, 2x TV units. Products are excellent but the delivery service was really bad. They have managed to damaged our newly exposed aggregate driveway. Manager behaviour was appalling. Claiming that it was damaged by other deliveries even though I have photos to prove it. After showing photos, he said it was my fault as I have allowed them. I have told their delivery staff that our driveway was new and not ready. They have nicely asked if they could park just in the cross over. They have unloaded and unpacking in the driveway and it was my fault because I have allowed them. TERRIBLE!!!

Physical StorePurchased thousands of money on De Rucci for 2x Sofa and 2x TV units. Due to internal issues the items were only ready for delivery in late April - yes 4+ months ?!? In this day and age it is absolutely unheard of for an order to take this long to be fulfilled. I had chosen not to entertain an argument with the delivery company believing that DeRucci would address the issue on our behalf. Initial reaction was very supportive from the Castle Hill store indicating that we should send pictures of the damage and they will discuss with head office on next steps. The next day they had asked us to reach out to the delivery company directly as they cannot get involved between us and the delivery company. To add salt to the wound they requested that we prove that the damage was caused by the delivery company. I reiterated the point that the delivery company is a service provider chosen by DeRucci to make deliveries on behalf of DeRucci therefore they should deal with the dispute and not expect me to deal with THEIR chosen service provider. Based on other online reviews it seems that the issue of the delivery company damaging customer premises and the way it was dealt with by DeRucci seems to be recurring theme. To date they are not willing to intervene on behalf of us even after we have spent to many $$$ with them. An extremely disappointing and dare I say shocking experience. I would certainly caution anyone looking to purchase from this retailer to STAY AWAY !!!! Easy attachable fabric cover that can be removed for washing. All washing accessofies (protective begs and belts) are included in the package. Flawless manufacturing - not a minor defect was found. Many new management people were involved. However my order was well handled by the old management team. I actually met the old owner in De Rucci Logan store last weekend. When I approached derucci about it, they say that it is delivery driver and they are not responsible. Does they understand that premium price we pay also includes customer service and delivery and they are responsible for everything. It was kind of rude on them. It's now 24 weeks (just shy of six months) since I placed an order for a bed and mattress. I paid 50% deposit as requested and was informed at time of sale that delivery would be 8-10 weeks.
I've had to chase the store for information - originally Brisbane where I placed the order and now Logan - who seem to be responding to my emails
I'm told that my bed is in the warehouse - however the mattress is a "special order" and they can't confirm when it might arrive! I'm unsure about what is so special - it was a model they had to try on the floor of the showroom.
The store has offered to make a part delivery of the bed and a loan mattress (hopefully new) - If I make payment of an additional $1500.

Never receive any notification or call follow up on delivery, Called the store on 17 Jan 19 all the salesman could say is will be ready in few weeks. I ask for actual date and expected date, but the salesman says can't be confirm. SO terrible.. How long do i need to wait again ?

QLD, BundallWe had very good shopping experience in the new DeRucci store in the Gold Coast when Winnie the store manager came around to serve us, She was helpful and had given us good suggestions that suit my sleeping needs . She knows her products well and is efficient in handling the whole process of our selections and that had eased us lots of time . She was also patient in explaining the differences in the mattress and it had helped us understand what we should be looking for. Was very happy when my bed slate came and it looked fabulous. Non refund of deposit - Castle Hill
NSW, Castle HillWe paid a deposit a while ago for a bed. We were told to put down a deposit to secure a 40% discount, we were told the deposit was 100% refundable if we changed our mind. This was also on the invoice. We returned to the store about 4 months ago to request the deposit be refunded. We were told that the sale girl has left de rucci and taken the cash however they will check with head office and would be in contact. After many phone calls and emails we have yet to receive our deposit. Business is based on trust, this is on the verge of being broken for us... given how small the amount is...

Great Team at Alexandria Store and quality furniture
NSW, AlexandriaI'm one of new customers from Alexandria Showroom, recommended by my friends to find Manager Esmee in the store, purchased Dining Set, still keep their massage chair in mind, thinking to come back once new apartment settle. I tried their different models, Esmee introduced all the massage chairs patiently with very detailed info, All the Staff there very nice, impressive service, definitely will be back.
