Our consultant Adam talked us through any questions we had and even offered recommendations. When he left Stephanie replaced him and was also very helpful. After the colour consultation we had to place our build on hold while I went through medical issues. Dennis Family homes were very accomodating.

We have built the Marsden 323 with Dennis Family Homes. We looked at a lot of displays before finally meeting our sales consultant Stefani Voyneska. From the first appointment she was really insightful and had a no nonsense approach to the process. There was no pushy sales tactics, just the facts and great advice for us being first home builders/owners. I would highly recommend working with her.

We wanted to build our first home (Marsden 352) with DFH, which had been proven that it is an impossible task for DFH. I will give a little bit of background for my frustration with DFH. I have made my first contact with DFH in April 2017 and have paid the deposit to secure the base price and promotion in June 2017. My wife and I built our second Dennis Family Homes house nearly 6 years ago. We chose them again because of the smooth and fantastic build we had with our first home. We had a great salesperson who was fantastic through the whole process.

We also had family members and friends choose DFH because of our experience and recommendations. Couldnt speak highly enough of DFH.

Dennis family homes is a building company that any prospective new homebuyer wants to put in their building companies to avoid pile.
We have built a number of new homes over the years but our most recent experience with this building company has been the worst . We decided to chose them because our children built homes with this company just after the GFC and back then they appeared organised and relatively quick in getting their homes completed and workmanship back then was of an acceptable standard.
