Used to book a return international flight. Upon making the purchase they will ask you to send them your banking records of the purchase a copy of a photo ID. They will not provide any consistent reason as to why these are needed, espeically the photo ID. They have no other image of yours to compare to so why do they need it? they won't answer you. It feels sketchy and they do nothing to alleviate your fears. Only use them if making yourself open to identity theft is sort of your thing.

Best price for flights booked via using skyscanner. Process to book was easy, the only downside and I guess they perhaps have no choice was it took me a few times to get the verification process sorted and I was concerned the price would go up. My one call out is read the initial email carefully re verification so you can watch for the email containing details. Follow this quickly and you will be fine, just like I was.

Very disappointed with their service. We booked a multi-city trip, confirmed all the flights and paid the balance. When they sent us our tickets, one flight was missing even though we confirmed all flights. They charged us an extra $500 to buy the flights they neglected, and were incredibly unhelpful when we tried to raise this with them. They admitted fault, then went back on their words to avoid responsibility for their mistake. Will NEVER use these frauds again.

Skyscanner search result shows cheap price through DF but, you cannot navigate through the page and somehow if you were successfull/the final page says ticket not availble. Spoken with online support multiple time only to be offerd the same ticket with expensive price. This is their business tatics.

Booked flights to Greece. Direct Flights were one of the lowest in their prices. Can pay by c.c direct bank or bpay. Tickets issued within 1 business day after paying by spay.

My experience was very positive and easy with the Direct flights website. Each step very easy to follow with the booking overseas.

Booking screen should disclose that when multiple seat are required, specific selection has to be completed direct with airline.
Otherwise, booking of flights proceeded without any further surprises, no additional costs.
