I have had some speed issues but use alot of data. Have been advised to use NBN 50 and I will see how that goes.

I have had drop outs but mainly with the NBN, this is out of DoDo control. On each occasion they have always assisted me and resolved every issue. Technicians always patient and polite.

Rude customer service, stay away

Dodo needs to get ride of rude unprofessional staff internet outage for 15 days waited over 1 an hour to talk to rude technician telling me restart my modem technicians has zero aptitudes to talk with consumers. Poor technicians need training to talk to customers and have the ability to fix the problem

Everyday we have dropsout. Tried to call Dodo but call dropout for couple of times. Internet was too slow from 6pm until morning. Please dodo settle our internet, online study due to covid-19 but internet isn’t reliable.

Terrible Internet service

Constantly drops in and out often for days at a time. Upgraded to higher speeds but still struggle to get Internet at even quiet periods of the day. Can't wait to get rid of dodo once our contract ends.

When ADSL2 is better than Dodo NBN - we have never watched an uninterrupted movie, ever!

I have been disappointed since purchasing this NBN product from Dodo, we have been with Dodo for about 9 years on an ADSL2 product this worked beautifully. From the day of our change over to Dodo NBN we have had nothing but problems, further the price we were paying was on par for most competitors NBN50 plans, but we had far less than that for the same price. We have never been able to stream a whole Netflix movie without the movie crashing. It would seem Dodo do not care for their long term customers. We tried multiple times to make contact with them and they make it too hard to get help, they didn't even respond to an official complaint.

Ultra bad service

Dodo contact on phone long wait
3 weeks so far for changeover from ADSL to NBN....Dodo computer glitch they say but cant fix
Philippine Tech staff have cut phone assistance twice.....called back once
Want to change server but near impossible unless you want to waste your time on their phone service

Long term customer, same modem for over 3years. Household of 4 grown kids and adult full time student.
We've had random issues like one time the connection was so terribly slow or an issue where the WiFi no longer worked but the cable did, another time there was 5G connection but no 3G most recently vice versa; we had 3G and was denied access to 5G..?? I swear somebody on the other side be messing with the settings sometimes. In saying that, it's mostly been a quick fix (some setting needing adjusting.) Dodo reps have the absolute best people skills ever, I appreciate the live chat

Do not use dodo

I was overcharged 3 times (twice the amount of my bill). They never notified me, I noticed it and had to spend hours trying to get someone to help. It took two weeks to get my money back. Terrible connection and speed and they made it an absolute nightmare to cancel my service.

Horrendously slow even when only 1 device is connected

Very slow and support takes for ever to connect. I was suckered into a 2 year contract.. very disappointed... Never join dodo. The name says it all. It's dead. Please stay advised for Taylor's lakes, Hill, Sydenham location in Victoria Dodo services are horrible.

Was told nbn was going to be installed 3 months ago. Finally they said it was set up last week but have no internet since apparent connection. I asked to speak to a manager and they literally laughed and told me they would have someone ring me that day, and they didn’t want to talk me after asking to speak to a manager, Every time I rang back they would hang up. As soon as you state facts to them they handball it off to a third party . Would never recommend dodo to anyone . If I could put up no star rating that would be an under statement on how bad there internet and customer service is . Also have been paying $60 the last year and only getting 1.8mb DL speed .

really slow in the evenings

purchased a movie $6.95 and tried to download. Waited for 20 minutes and still had 19 minutes left before download complete. Suggest if you want to book a movie, download it during the day. Even when movie watched, it still kept freezing whilst buffering tried to catch up. Will be ringing for a refund for this one.
