In country so slow speed is a normal thing and hard to improve.
Very seldom drop out and never for more than seconds, does not hinder usage at all.
speed is a problem but I can live with it. the magic 50 speed is only ever around 10.4 at max', but if that's what it is then so be it. A little patience goes a long way !!

My experience throughout the planning process was great. Just activated yesterday. So far so good. Excellent assistance at every level all the way through to activation. After all the good things I've heard about DODO expectations are high.

NEVER USE THIS PROVIDER
Connection ok, speed fine. Its the customer service. If you value your mental health, NEVER sign up to these muppets. You'll be on hold for 1hr+, you'll be transferred to various different people, I once had a man burp in my ear, and forget trying to leave. My contract has expired (hallelujah) and trying to now get these idiots out of my life, its taken 5 days and being on hold for 60+ hours, not a lie. Avoidance appears to be main tactic employed by Dodo to keep customers, its certainly not exceptional service

Should have listened to the poor reviews
2 weeks in to my new place, Dodo has charged me for 1 month and a half worth that i could not even use! They refuse to refund the overcharge, not replying to emails. The internet would not connect, they refused to help and All Of the agents were downright rude, not helpful and all they care about were milking more from the customers, trying to sell more product when they cant even fix one thing!!!!!!!! If i could give zero stars, i would, but this 1 star is for ONE agent (Julius) who went above and beyond in trying to help me get connected even though the line got cut off. Zero star to their customer service and product!

Easy talking... Everything is good and I have been with Dodo couple of years before switching NBN. Highly recommended... You gotta be in to see how it is... Just plug in the modem and wait for them to activate...

Its great
yes phoned this morning and have consistently have dropouts every hour, has been ongoing. The service desk tried to fix but it has already dropped out 5 times already. will call back tomorrow

Poor customer service let it down
I have been with Dodo ADSL for 2-3 years. The setup was easy and I had no problems initially. In the last 18 months I have had interruptions to my connection and had to push Dodo to resolve the issue - at first customer service staff didn't believe me and I had to progress it (this happened twice). At one stage I was without connection for 1 week. In the last 12 months connection has been very poor over wifi, I constantly re-set my modem, and often use mobile data on my phone instead of ADSL. Have been waiting for NBN to be connected now I am leaving. My experience of customer service has overall been very poor with people working to scripts and unable to engage in a conversation.

Service was quick and efficient. Issues resolved in a timely manner with no costs incurred. Network performance exceeded my expectations. Very happy with speed of delivery of hardware. Cheap and cheerful.

Very surprisingly pleased with ease of connection and performance! Great directions, both print and video. Contained product packaging, cable labelling. Had such low expectations and that was turned upside down.

Fire the board
The entire world has had all of the challenges which DODO faced as an organization during the CV19 pandemic. Other business adapted, and made difficult decisions which allowed their customers to mitigate restrictions, and worked with their customers to get access to services, without the requirement for call centers or administrative bureaucracy. What did Dodo do to them? The fact that they sent everyone home is not the issue. WHY DID THEY RESTRICT OUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS??? Restrict their services in the middle of a global pandemic? FAIL! ...then leave no route to any workable resolution for them. There is no reasonable excuse for this. I got a response - 11 days after the fact on Facebook. I resorted to FB because it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them on any other channel. Did they cut your own workers internet access too?? Vocus Group Limited should fire the entire board of Dodo with immediate effect. This is not a fault of the service desks. The board is responsible for this cluster. Getting staff to simply abandon ship without putting measures in to mitigate self-created service interruptions IS PATHETIC. NO to DODO
well, TBH the last option was 1 star that is why I have to give it that. It does not even deserve 1 star for the service provided, in my opinion it should add the review system on negative terms. The worst I have ever seen in my life. Also there customer service is Busy for nothing they never received my calls and I think they keep us on hold for weeks if we don't cut the phone. Terrible. Make many mistake in life but never ever get any service related to DODO.

It has worked perfectly. The process was so easy for setup the modem arrived in plenty of time before the technician so everything went smooth for the activation. The appointment date given was spot on.

Run!! Don’t ever use this company
I was switched to NBN over a week ago, it never worked, and it’s so difficult to get hold of technical support. I’m not completely technologically inept, I followed instructions to set up NBN connection device as per dodo. It didn’t work, I gave it time, I reset devices then I called and every technician went through the same step over and over before referring for further assistance. at the contact centre is closed. So frustrating. No one is helpful. I wish I stayed on adsl, and I can’t go back to that they said because it’s been deactivated. Maybe the should have checked that I had a working NBN connection before switching me over instead of leaving me with no internet while we are in lockdown and I have to work from home. Using my personal hot spot on my mobile means that my moth lay data has been used on I will Be charged for any extra data that is used, will they compensate me probably not. They’ve now just informed me that NBN won’t provide an appointment for another 14 days. Im now in the process of cancelling me account with dodo, if they weren’t just chasing sales and trying their best to up sell me perhaps they could’ve made an effort to assure nbn lines on my block were working before deactivating my adsl. Wish i could rate them zero
Customer service is pathetic. For new sales they have plenty of employees and pick calls within seconds and for customer service the waiting is for more than 10 minutes. You can never reach them until you make 5 calls at least. My worst decision to join them. And the customer care executives sucks. They don't even know how to treat customer.

Terrible service and alot of drop outs I had to call 000 and I couldn't even get through.
Also I went to cancel my contract in store and the worker was on her mobile doing FaceTime and I had to sit there and wait till she was finished great customer service, NOT.
I would not recommend dodo.

Hi, so I have a fixed internet contract with dodo (one yr contract) and it ends in two months. I tried calling dodo, sending them an email, and using live chat, and none of those options were available. All I want to know is when my contract ends, will they disconnect me or keep me on by transferring me to a month to month thing? I"m kinda stressing as I can't get into contact with them. If anyone helps, thank you so much in advance
