Essential and good service
Very few drop outs quickly resolved by themselves not had to ring dodo for whole contract period have just renewed very happy with sevice and interaction with customer service phone operaters when renewing service

I have had some speed issues but use alot of data. Have been advised to use NBN 50 and I will see how that goes.
I have had drop outs but mainly with the NBN, this is out of DoDo control. On each occasion they have always assisted me and resolved every issue. Technicians always patient and polite.

Have had very few problems, almost none. Easy to set up, great communication and more than reasonable terms. Very happy with service and product and especially the staff. We rate it

Connection
Everyday we have dropsout. Tried to call Dodo but call dropout for couple of times. Internet was too slow from 6pm until morning. Please dodo settle our internet, online study due to covid-19 but internet isn’t reliable.

I have been with dodo for 6 years now I love them I am surprised by the negative comments customer service price nbn are all fantastic for me I would never pick anyone else

No real dramas
Long term customer, same modem for over 3years. Household of 4 grown kids and adult full time student.
We've had random issues like one time the connection was so terribly slow or an issue where the WiFi no longer worked but the cable did, another time there was 5G connection but no 3G most recently vice versa; we had 3G and was denied access to 5G..?? I swear somebody on the other side be messing with the settings sometimes. In saying that, it's mostly been a quick fix (some setting needing adjusting.) Dodo reps have the absolute best people skills ever, I appreciate the live chat

Dodo customer service is excellent
I have been with dodo for over 10 years and found customer service to be excellent always wanting solve any issues
It’s not there network of course it’s Telstra /nbn but dodo mange there customers very well

Delighted to have this connection.
No problems so far. The speed is more than adequate for me. The installation was only a few days ago.I feel sure I will receive efficient help if any thing goes wrong.

Don't do it to yourself and your family.
Can't watch Netflix because Dodo has some sort of tech issue they can't sort out. Tech support won't give you any answers.
Can't get the modem to connect to the printer.
Speed on phone for normal browsing is fine.

Good service for a small home
Evening speed is around 20mbps. Good speed to stream Netflix and movies. Ideal for two people using it simultaneously. Customer service need to be improved. Usual doesn't signal drop out.

Dodo NBN is hopeless !!!
We had ADSL2 with dodo all good. Rarely a problem. With DoDo NBN it drops out all the time !!! Enough is enough !!! Time for a change l think !!!!

Great Service
I was apprehensive about using Dodo NBN given the poor reviews. However, the installation went exactly to schedule and performance has been excellent. Must also comment on excellent communication from Dodo.

Service & Sales Support do not know their own policies/extra fees charged
Was charged an exit fee when I moved services despite having the contract for longer than the 2 years specified in contract. Turns out Dodo sign you up to a new contract when you move. I questioned the fact that I had a new account number and was assured that the contract was still the same and the new account number was just for processing the move. I again questioned Dodo about the exit fee and they would only advise that I agreed to the fee.
They have refused to cancel the fee, stating that the fee was agreed to when I organised the move. I asked for a copy of the conversation and was told this isn't possible. Very unhelpful when dealing with a problem if your no longer a client.

Recently upgraded internet package with Dodo and the whole process took less than 5mins and it was up and active within 48hours. Simple, friendly process and highly recommend to anyone
