After pulling the plug with another builder I am so happy I made the change to Easystart/Summit. They made it happen!

I'd say the least enjoyable part was the paperwork but if you keep an eye on it and check for errors you'll be ok.

Once we got past the admin our build was smooth sailing. I cannot fault our Site Supervisor Colin. His commitment to his job is above standard. Always returns calls promptly and knows exactly when everything is getting done. Very organised.

So far, the brickwork has been completed and we are happy with the progress. Our sales rep was fantastic and went out of his way to assist us and ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Westgate Finance were also faultless. Every step of our build (before and during) has been fantastic!! From day one we've had constant updates and everyone has been so amazingly helpful. We honestly couldn't have asked for any more than what they have done.

I am exceedingly pleased with the quality of my home build, as it evolves from a drawing on paper to bricks and mortar and now teeters weeks from completion. I have just reached lockup.
