I was able to go into the store and purchase quickly and with little fuss. My customer service representative simply allowed us to much our purchases without any pressure and persuasion.

Later I found out that his smell can be toxic to your health
Was very unimpressed with my purchase as every time I sat down to relax on the couch I got a splitting headache from the smell

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient! The showroom made it easier to pick exactly what you prefer. When I first walked in I wanted one package deal but after sitting and seeing another I changed my mind. I was also able to swap and change the package how i wanted it. They also had beautiful accessories and I can't wait until it's all in my new home!

I purchased the home starter Hollywood package, but I was able to pick and choose other options with the package and it was still around the same price, the person that looked after us was amazing and helped us to within our budget..

I purchased online a new lounge set and i was given the help i needed instantly. The delivery waa quick and at a great price.

I made my purchase online, it was quick and easy and I heard back from them about delivery pretty quickly. I just found the boys who delivered my bed were blunt and rude and had no customer service skills at all. Apart from delivery my experience was really good. :)

So I received a large flat pack order..... single Mum without the no how to assemble. Fantastic furniture recommended someone.... he didn't come wheb he was supposed to then when he did arrive disappeared with my stock and money. Eventually brought stock back inassembled but not the money.... so dodgy....
Several items that weren't available have still not been refunded over a month later... really unhappy

I do not like shopping at all but so I return to the shops that give me a least stressful experience when I do need to go shopping.

Needed a single guest mattress in a hurry and I have mobility issues, so I found Fantastic Furniture online and ordered and received my mattress so fast. It is just what I wanted and exactly as described. Very helpful customer service when I contacted them with a query. Will definitely shop with them again.

Kathryn new exactly what she was doing when looking up our product for availability and was very courteous and helpful, we are still waiting for our delivery so I am not able to comment on the product yet but I was very happy with the service and the colour options, parking etc.

The furnitures are good qualities and reasonably priced. However there are few option in terms of colour and design. the shop assistance was polite and helpful in showing me different type of products that I might like, gave me idea of colour options I have etc. she informed me different financial option I can avail, if I want to. completing the purchase was smooth.

I bought in-store and the process of purchasing was really easy. The woman who helped me was really nice and helpful.

I did an online click and collect (1 hour) for fantastic furniture on the 11th Jan 2018 when going to pick it up it was not in stock. At numerous phone calls, emails and visits to the warehouse and store fast forward time to the 18th May and still no product. I can guarantee that I will not recommend them or be buying any products from them into the future.

After online exploring, visiting a shop in Fyshwick was the easiest part of shopping regarding to polite member staff. I will visit you more times!
