I love this store! Fantastic seems to be the only furniture store where bright, colourful furnishing fabrics are offered. I saw a bed I loved, and decided then and there to buy it. The staff are wonderful - knowledgeable about the products and so friendly. It's always so easy to buy at Fantastic - nothing ever goes wrong with the procedure, and it's great to buy Australian made.

Very satisfied with my purchase of the Grace chair and footstool. Excellent customer service both in the store and over the phone. The product is lovely, comfortable and a great colour. Very happy with my experience.

The Bathurst store has provided excellent service for a number of my purchases from their store. Their new range of white furniture is excellent value for money and easy to assemble. 10/10!

The staff of the store are very helpful in deciding the product that I wanted to buy. The store was very well maintained. I initially went online to browse on their website; however, thought to visit a store and I was startled by service they'd provide. I'd rather buy furniture in store than online.

Truly blown away by all aspects of our purchases. From the exceptional customer service from Julie, range of products, reasonable prices and delivery guys - couldn't ask for anything more. Very good quality flat-pack dressing table with spot-on assembly instructions; well-made headboard and base with the most comfortable mattress we've ever had, all delivered the next day within the allotted time frame!! Ordered a few other things that weren't in stock but were able to be viewed in the showroom, which are also great quality. Will definitely be our "go-to" store for any further furniture and home decor needs. Thank you very much.

The store wasn’t busy when we went in but nobody approached us to ask us if we needed any help I had to go and get a staff member to find out if a desk was available that I was looking at and then when she went to place the order because it wasn’t available she ordered the wrong table lucky I saw the receipt the next day so I rang and got them to change the order to the correct this.

It was easy to find products in store and there was the different ranges from research online to see. The products are good quality. The bed was easy and straight forward to build. The drawers instructions were easy to follow, just time consuming.

Staff extremely helpful and had great product knowledge we would shop in store or online again also found easy access to store and also to warehouse we are both completely satisfied

Was easy to navigate the store and find what I needed quickly. The service was quick and they arranged for me to pickup from their dock it was there ready for me when I pulled up. The product was easy to assemble and quality was very good.

Terrible staff don't have skills to deal with customer in respectful way. Would not recommend. Made me pay for 12$ difference where we didn't even get a single 1$ discount.

I found the perfect bedroom suite online and went into the store to check it out. Loved it as soon as I saw it. Had many other suites there but knew the one I wanted was what I wanted. Definitely will be back to get more furniture once I’ve moved to my new place.
