We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by a lovely staff member. We bought 2 coffee tables and a side table and were very impressed by the quality. It was very easy to assemble and looks perfect in the rooms. Would definately buy from there again.

I bought a bookshelf and love it. Putting it together was easy enough (would have help to have a second set of hands). Burwood staff were friendly and the sale was easy and straightforward . Pick up was just next door - super convenient and really quick. Bookshelf looks great!

We have visited the store a few times.

The very first time we were there, they were almost closing but did not force us to leave soon or anything. Indeed, they waited after the business hours until we finished looking around.
We later, purchased a few items, changed a couple of items, and again purchased some other items in another go.
I have rarely seen any stuff this much friendly, helpful and professional. Hence, the next time we decide to purchase any other furniture, this store will be the very first place to consider.

I've owned a few of their furniture items- a couch and bed frame + mattress for almost 5 years now. I changed the bed mattress mainly as it didn't remain as firm and stern as when we bought it. The couch is still a comfy darling of the house and still going strong.
Good products at affordable prices. Great if you're setting up a new home from scratch.
