The process was very smooth and the pickup guy was very helpful in Burwood. The pickup did not take more than 5 mins and he only put everything into the car.

January 6th 2018 Update: Another purchase of bed and mattress and it wasn't a different experience

I applied for another bed and mattress, although it was showing out of stocks but within 2 days, I received the notification for pickup. It is way cheaper in price in compared to IKEA and AMART and other competitors. I would recommend people to check the online deals before making the decision.

I tested these products prior to buying them online because the shop which I visited did not have the stocks. Two days after making the online order I received a phone call from the delivery team confirming the date of delivery. We bought a furniture set (dining table, TV stand etc). Everything was delivered except the dining table. We have to call them when will it be delivered when in fact they should've called us that it wasn't available and the delivery time. Overall we got the delivery on their set date. Customer service could've been better.
