The store was very clean. Lots of room to navigate. A vast variety of beds displayed. Very happy with the bed we purchased. It was comfy and easy to assemble.

Upon entering the store, staff are always friendly and willing to help. Their is always a good variety available to tick all your boxes and very affordable as well. I have never had to wait on stock to arrive and always able to pick up the same day when purchasing online.
There furniture is quite easy to assemble an easy to read instructions.

Even with there store having hundreds of furniture pieces on display there floor room does not feel over crowed and very easy to navigate around.

Definitely recommend to anyone that’s on a budget or not. Their furniture is very appealing and durable.

The Prospect store is excellent all round. The staff are wonderful and the floors are easy to navigate without too much clutter around. We purchased a fair few items from the Kingston range, excellent price without compromising on quality. Can't recommend it enough, we love it.

We went to the store because of the good deals and we used to be regular customers, but after today’s experience with poor service I won’t go back, very unpleasant experience

Purchased a Fantastic Furniture Ohio three shelf free standing unit. This is a beautiful, simple and modern design. Consists of three oak shelves supported by two heavy, bevelled glass sides. The result is a first class and very presentable piece of furniture. I use it to mount my turntable on top shelf, the radio on the middle shelf and my vinyl records on the bottom shelf (standing vertically for ease of selection) Thiis unit is very reasonably priced and fantastic value. Highly recommended .

The products were the right fit, colour match and price. The staff gave great advice for alternatives when availability within my time frame was a problem. The products were assembled on time for pick up. I was treated with respect and care. Excellent experience and outcome all round.

Bought a Laze Futon for home office makeover, stylish affordable futon just what we were looking for, futon came boxed and all we had to do was screw on the legs. Done !

Went to Chullora branch to buy sofas found one not sure of the length and height if it all fit. Team member helped us to all the information we need. Went home and decide color of the sofas and bought it online.

Wanted specific chairs to match a 8 seater dining table we own. Was recommended to shop at Fantastic as having our old chairs reupholstered was very expensive. ..Found what I was looking for, great price and wonderful service at Newcastle store. Would recommend Fantastic for people wanting to spend a certain amount of money..

I purchased a lounge set that broke the first time we sat on it. Had to get it repaired they said it would take 10 days but took nearly a month to receive back absolutely unprofessional and worst experience I have ever had with a purchase would not recommend this store to anyone I will not shop here again

Product was missing an important part. Called day of purchase to have issue fixed. Was told the required part would be delivered from another store by the following day. Called following day to be told that the item still hadn’t even left the other store. Not impressed with the service at all.
