Ease of shopping we exactly found what we were looking for .We were very happy with products available. In some areas needs improvement. Very satisfied product purchase a neutral grey colour n comfy mattress. Assembly ofmattress 50/50.

From start to finish, I had a great experience! I researched online and has a short list of items I was interested in. Staff were quick at sourcing what I needed and all items were available for delivery quicker than I anticipated. The mattress especially is such great quality and value for the price.

Great layout and very easy to walk through displayed furniture. We were looking for a lounge suite and found a decent amount of designs to choose from. The store was busy on our day of shopping and there were limited staff working but they were apologetic about the lack of staff and still very helpful through this demanding time.

Went to the store in prospect looking for a chair was approached straight away by a lovely young lady showed us a few options and found the one we wanted got it home put it together in 5 minutes and the price was right very impressed.

I have had no problem with the prospect shop, staff were friendly and cooperative. Delivery was good. But with product quality, absolutely disappointing. In one week after assembly, my bedside table and my son's bed fell apart. Our old furniture was much durable and I regret replacing it with these products.

Very satisfied with the product I got. Just wasn't clear on the price as there was no price on the mat I brought.the staff were very nice and let held my mat for me to pick up the next day

Store is big and easy to locate, varieties of furniture, affordable prices, comfort and great design, products are easy to assemble, friendly staffs, highly recommended, absolutely love it. Will visit again.

Staff were friendly, helpful and products i purchased were in stock which made taking them home easy. The warehouse for pick up is really close too. It made it easy to buy, pick up and get home!

Products are amazing. Bed frames should be replaced with new better back support way.

I went into the store and purchased two rugs, a bookshelf and a few other small items. I was told in the store that the 1 rug was not Available in that store but they will get one from another store and send everything out. It’s now 2 weeks later and I still have not received my shipment and no one bothered to call me and update me. I had to request a call which didn’t come and then call again, only then did I get advised that I have to wait another week. Had I known I would have to wait 3 weeks I would have not taken the rug. For such an inconvenience you would think they would send the other stuff and give me a free delivery of the rug or ask me to pay separately for a 2nd delivery. So ridiculous!

All I did was to go over the showroom and choose and point to the staff then it was packed and delivered to me the next day. The experience was easier than shopping on line.

Good quality products, easy to navigate in store helpfull and freindly staff there is a little problem with packaging but overall perfect place to shop around for you furniture needs
