The store was set out amazing!As soon as I walked in I found the beds. The range of beds to choose from was outstanding.I am 100% satisfied with the quality of my purchases. The beds were pretty straight forward to assemble thanks to the easy instructions

I went to Prospect Sstore and immediately approached by a lovely lady (staff) and showed me what i was looking for it only took as 15 mins in the store, plus another 10 mins to pick up the product and we got what we want...amazing!

We bought a tall boy recently from Fantastic Furniture Prospect. The staff were so friendly and the layout of the store was so good we could really decide on what we wanted within an hour of us being there. The assembly instructions were so easy to follow we ended up installing it in an hours time.

I had search for coffee table since long time and couldn't find it majorily because of stock availability in leading australia furniture stores. last week i thought of giving one more try at Fantastic Furniture. Bingo, i found same product and that too at competitive pricing. Staffs at store are so generous and proactive. Also, collection from warehouse was quite easy and hassle free. We made our purchase's online, within a few hours we were sent an email and text to advise us the items were ready to be collected!!! super quick and everything was in order on collection!
we came back a few days later to ex-change an item, the warehouse took in the item, then asked us what we were looking to pick up, they pointed us to the showroom to sort out the paperwork while they get the item ready to pick up, within 10 mins we were on our way home with our new purchase,
most stores kick up a fuss with this sort of stuff but you guys were great!!
