Purchased 2 x Juno 3 drawers to use as a base for a desk. It was easy to assemble, only issue was the provided screws weren't the correct size to fit into some of the pre-drilled holes.

The team was amazing in helping me order what I was looking for online. Came the next day and can pick up over several days. Very convenient. Love this store.

Pleasantly pleased with my experience at the Penrith store, even amidst the covid19 situation, staff made do with the situation and it was an overall great experience. Would suggest the hindrance in having to go pick up the furniture from the warehouse in a seperate location was slightly annoying, but what can you do. It’s 8 minutes up the road so beggars can’t be choosers

I needed a tall boy for my daughter's room, we looked online at Bunnings, Knotts Pine and fantastic furniture.
I chose Fantastic Furniture due to the price, the tall boy was on display so I could touch it, which is important to me when I'm spending a couple of hundred dollars on furniture. The tall boy was in stock so I could take it home straight away!
It took 2 people about an hour to assemble it, we read the instructions and successfully built a beautiful piece of furniture.

Store a bit cluttered but eventually found just what I needed and it was in stock and ready for pickup within ten minutes despite buying it twenty minutes before closing

We researched online to find a lounge for quite some time until we found the lounge we purchased. It was comfortable and looks great in our lounge room. The store was easy to find what we were looking for and the staff were very attentive.

Whilst happy with products, I was not happy when I had to ensemble Items especially when I asked did they come assembled and was told yes? misleading! And the young driver was not happy he had to put together recliners even if it was only two pieces.

Easy to find what I wanted and the staff explained my choices and options and quickly checked other available choices online. I asked a male friend to assemble the bookshelf and he did so easily and quickly while I sat back and drank a coffee!
