It did not need to be assembled it was a rug & Otoman & I am very happy with the purchase.

Every time I go to Fantastic Furniture I don’t leave disappointed. The staff let you browse for a while then offer their help. The purchases look great and I often get comments on how nice they look.

Researched I line then went in store to test out I. Person! Stafff couldn't of been any better really helpful, bought modular corner lounge, 1 x modular clip was missing but the sales staff looked after me over the phone and had parts posted next day! Don't find customer service like that these days!! Will definitely go back again

I am so happy with my new bed purchase. After looking online and popping into the store I had my new bed delivered within 2 days and they even got it up the stairs into my bedroom. I was able to build the bed myself and it looks great! Can not recommend higher!

It is always easy to find the stores and parking in most of them is great one other in Newcastle is a bit harder due to Newcastle street parking and you have to pay to pay on most streets. I found my product easily and when you look you find something else. My product was available in at least 2 colours. I am satisfied with my 2 products. The quality is always of a great standard. My husband and I have always assembled all of our items and we must of put over 20 together, some are a little tricky and fiddly eg the all glass 1 door display cabinets but we have put 3 together so it wasn't that hard.

Satisfied with the quality of most of the items especially the Memphis low line entertainment unit which is of high quality and very well designed. My husband was very impressed even though the assembly was quite challenging.
Was happy with the service . We were a bit apprehensive about needing to assemble the couch but after the demonstration, we realised that it was easy and we could do it .

After reading so many negative reviews, I was a bit worried, had never bought anything from FF but it turned out to be a good outcome offering good value for money and we are happy with our purchases. We had everything delivered within a week. Thank you .

April 4th 2022 Update: Better sleep.. no stress

Fantastic makes easy me to purchase the mattress via online, very quick delivery with low cost. Happy to use this mattress and make my sleep more comfortable while reducing stress.

The website is easy to use found my product with no problem at all. The range of products is excellent. I also looked at other products that I may purchase in the future and the range was great also the delivery fee is reasonable.

Newcastle West is my ‘go to’ store - always easy to navigate & I always pick up a catalogue on entry to see if I’ve missed anything when looking online.
I believe the quality of the products bought were as good as any other self-assemble store, in some instances much better.
Some items I’m happy to assemble myself, but at other times had needed some assistance.

It was very easy to find this fantastic furniture store with on road parking.

I was looking around the store and saw the bed I was looking for and was approached by a very friendly sales assistant to help me with purchase and information about the bed.

Delivery was the day after which was very convenient for me. Great on-time delivery.

Dimwitted wasn't put together but was very easy to assemble with straight forward easy insttuctions.

As a single parent on a very tight budget, the value for money at Fantastic is so appreciated. We bought the gecko trundle as we’ve had to move suddenly and it is perfect for what we currently need. I walked into the Newcastle store and explained what I needed, when the staff realised they had sold out of the gecko they immediately called the next closest store to confirm whether or not they had one in stock. The Bennett’s Green store held the trundle until I could get there. Once picked up, the assembly was quick and easy and took less then 15 minutes!

Online and in-store is so easy to navigate. I have so much fun furniture shopping with Fantastic. Great range of products though could they use more colour options on individual products. Fairly good value in regards to price and quality that for the most part can't be beaten. Pick up is so easy simply hand the receipt to the warehouse staff around the back and they bring out the furniture swiftly and even offer to load it up for you. Furniture is so easy to assemble, which is a huge bonus as you can have it looking great in your house in no time! Definitely a loyal customer.
